As always the food here is grear quality, however the hot food is not kept warm in the cabinets, and only seems to stay hot for about 20 minutes out of the oven. I went at peak time and still the food seemed just above warm when I would have expected it to be piping hot. The price is good value for what you get, but I doubt the eat in eat out price difference is necessary when people just say they're eating out and continue to take up tables inside the store.

The biggest problem with Greggs on Pescod Square is the lack of staff. There is often long queues to the door, sometimes going out of the door. Not enough staff to serve.The toilets are sometimes closed, or without toilet roll for long periods of time, and there is caked on dirt on the wall under the dryers.It's a shame as the staff are friendly, and the food is pretty alright.
