Great service, food is delicious and the quality is insanely good, and the building is well decorated and is so cosy inside. The lighting inside isn't blinding or anything, it's calm. The seats and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks are also lovely. I definitely recommend! :D
Normally I don't have an issue with Costa but today I ordered 2 hot chocolates both with different syrups. Got our drinks quite quickly and was very happy.... Left the store and had to come back because the blonde tall lady had mixed up the drinks and the toppings which ended up making me vomit. I tried to be polite to the lady about it and apologise to her about having to come back but she was so rude about it and was slamming the cups. Toilets need sorting they should be checked regularly and cleaned this obviously was not happening in this outlet no toilet paper at all and urine all over the seat and fieces in the toilet and lock also did not work correctly as was walked in by a female customer only disabled toilet working for the price of their nice coffee you do expect the basics taken care of
