Absolute idiots in this place...food a complete mess like it was just thrown together, completely tasteless & cold,all staff walking around like zombies...a complete shambles. Had stuff missing from my order but didn't know til I got home. When phoned to complain the manager, Francesco,was very arrogant & ignorant of the problem & hung up on me...will not be going back to this franchise again that's for sure.

Good amount of food and a quick service. The place needs a bit of a spruce up but considering how long it's been here, that's to be expected.

Ordered via a delivery app. Missing items, cold food, manager refused to sort within own store when contacted, even though admitting that they have caused the problem; 'will retrain the person who filled the bag' basically the end of the conversation.Do better. Not good service at all.

I ordered through the delivery app but never got my order. The driver never arrived but instead dumped my order at a different address and did not bother apologising or even confirming delivery address with me. When I contacted customer service I was told I m not eligible for a refund but instead review the courier or take the issue to the merchant. I m highly disappointed and appalled at such inconsideration. My address was clear on my order but courier decided to disregard and take it elsewhere. Where is food safety when you just dump and leave then almost an hour later you send a blurry image saying you delivered the order... Hope the courier gets what he deserves for such pathetic service. People spend their hard earned money only to be short changed by people who do not care for their jobs.

Gosh, what a place. No KFC is ever really that good but this is a soulless restaurant which has been let down. Staff morale is low, the fixtures and fittings are tired and the entire site could do with a complete refresh (or closure and move to larger premises elsewhere). Food was luke warm because too much chicken is pre-cooked and left in warming ovens for trade which just is not there. Fries are not done to order and again suffer from this. There seems no leadership in the staff, and rules are seen as just guidelines - some followed many not. But it’s not the just the staffs fault, if someone went above and beyond they would not receive credit from franchise owners so would you bother? A costly, yet lacking food experience and one KFC that won’t get my business again. A shame.

Disgusting abuse from staff. It’s like the staff are forced to be there. Staff should be sent home if they are having a bad day. Food was cold, and no hygiene standards. Stay well away from this branch. The guy with triple glazing glasses kept putting his hand down his pants and picking his nose. I think his got it wrong when they say it’s finger licking good. Disgusting. Hair found on top of my drink also!

The food is good- I mean KFC never misses- the service is wonderful and quick. Im from outside the UK and the menu is not the same as in South Africa so I enjoy tasting the new things. Shop is clean.

We havn't been to KFC market place for a while what a pleasant surprise the place was immaculate the greeting from the staff and ordering was supperb and to make it even better our meal was brought to our table we will definitely visit

I ordered on just Eat, as I have done several times before, the order didn't arrive in the stated time I checked the tracking and it says it had been delivered, so obviously it went to the wrong address, I emailed straight away and didn't hear anything
