Gosh, what a place. No KFC is ever really that good but this is a soulless restaurant which has been let down. Staff morale is low, the fixtures and fittings are tired and the entire site could do with a complete refresh (or closure and move to larger premises elsewhere). Food was luke warm because too much chicken is pre-cooked and left in warming ovens for trade which just is not there. Fries are not done to order and again suffer from this. The food is good- I mean KFC never misses- the service is wonderful and quick. Im from outside the UK and the menu is not the same as in South Africa so I enjoy tasting the new things. Shop is clean.

We havn't been to KFC market place for a while what a pleasant surprise the place was immaculate the greeting from the staff and ordering was supperb and to make it even better our meal was brought to our table we will definitely visit
