We have done our last couple of meetings here. The outbuilding is perfect to host it in. Just the right size and coffee and tea on tap. Yesterday we made use of the Christmas menu. I have to say it was superb. I went for the crayfish and prawn cocktail, the osso buco and the eggnog tart , all if which were great. The standout was the main. The beef was cooked to perfection, the mash was smooth and creamy and the gravy was lovely. Hats off to you guys, looking forward to the next visit even though I live in Norwich!

Had lunch with a friend. Service was perfect. Good delicious and prices competitive. Eyeing up the Christmas afternoon tea menu ...Walkability: Situated in the middle of the village so a short walk for locals.Near to roadside parking and have their own free carpark as well as villagecar park.

Went for Sunday lunch, although the menu was different to the one on the website ( it does say subject to change but I didn’t see it) they where so accommodating and helpful as there wasn’t anything I could eat on the mains, so they managed to change the meal around for me. lovely food, great service, didn’t have to wait long for food.

Had the most amazing meal for a 90th birthday but had the festive menu so doubled up as an a early family Christmas get together. Food was superb, top quality. Service was amazing, staff so kind and helpful both before and during our experience. Highly recommend. Some of our family were staying over in the B&B rooms, had a peek in one of the the rooms they look such high quality and cozy, great venue all round, thank you to all the staff

Stayed over a weekend. Had a very large and tasty lunch staying in a large and very nice room ( we’ve travelled all over and had some very bad experiences) this is a beautiful place in a gem location ! Breakfast was unbelievably good after a wonderful sleep ! Cannot recommend this place and staff enough ! Will definitely be staying again.

Really nice lunch. Good dietary choices like gluten free. Dog friendly, easy to park near on our way past.

Just popped in for lunch. So not seen rooms. If rest of the tea room is a guide, I expect the rooms are lovely.

Pleasant experience, food ok (but not to my taste). Meat not tender, veg very aldente. Service slowish for the amount of customers in when we visited.

Very good venue. A modern interior in keeping with a very old (and restored) building.

Spent 6 nights here. Room was very comfortable and clean. The food was very good and reasonably priced and the staff were very helpful and friendly. 3 miles from Boston made it a good place for touring. EV charging on site was extremely handy. We had a great stay

Stayed just one night. Very nice room, sparkling clean and comfortable. The floor of my room was a bit sloping but it's an old building so to be expected. Excellent breakfast. Bit of traffic noise in the morning, but would recommend. Very convenient for RSPB Frampton.
