Great takeaway, fabulous food found here, delivery is very busy best to pop in and order they are pretty quick getting your food

Had to wait almost 2 hrs for delivery the appetizers were ok but then they are pre made , but the mains were so salty tasting we could not eat it and infact it made me feel I'll later . They said they would come collect it to taste themselves but didn't , the next day we rang to find out what they were prepared to do for us and it was a measly 20% off next order I don't think so won't be spending another penny with you

Excellent food, best chinese we've had in a long time. Fast service and extra's sent like free prawn crackers and bottles of drink. Will definitely be ordering again.

Foods lovely (but not hot) delivery is rubbish. Came 70mins late, chips to cold to eat. Next time if it happens I'm not paying. Tried them again this is 5 months later. Came over a hour late. Never again will I use the phoenix. Also when I rang to see when order was coming, I got the same story no staff and only 2 drivers, and then put phone down on me

I won't be ordering from here again the meal turned up cold I had to microwave it also the prawn curry was sloppy and so bland. The pork satay had no taste to it and the ribs were very fatty whole meal a waste of £40

We have ordered from Phoenix a few times now, and the food is really nice. However, each time we've ordered a takeaway the delivery time has got longer. It started with an hour wait, but tonight we ordered at 6.45pm and the food arrived at 8.15pm, ridiculous amount of time to wait for a meal. We were told it would be over 90 mins, but really frustrating.In defence the owner of phoenix phoned me to apologise, explaining it was exceptionally busy tonight, which I appreciate, but whether we use them anymore is definitely on the balance. Time will tell.

Pre ordered a 4pm for 6.30pm delivery, turned up at 7.30 with items missing. When I rang and spoke the the manager she said everything had been delivered then stopped understanding English. No apology, no offer of a refund and very rude.

Meal was an hour late and items were missing, when contacted the manager denied any possibility that dishes were missing and said it was not possible to give us a refund, as the conversation went on she suddenly started struggling to understand English.
