We have ordered from Phoenix a few times now, and the food is really nice. However, each time we've ordered a takeaway the delivery time has got longer. It started with an hour wait, but tonight we ordered at 6.45pm and the food arrived at 8.15pm, ridiculous amount of time to wait for a meal. To be fair, the food in Phoenix is the best I've had in the surrounding Boston area.But I personally highly recommend collect it.Their food delivery service is really bad.Usually you will be told to wait 40-60 minutes.But in practice it is possible to wait at least 2 hours or more!I used to work there and sometimes the order was still waiting in the kitchen to be made.But the kitchen asked us to tell the customer that your order is waiting the drive pick up or already on...read full review
