Great fish and chips. You can eat in or takeaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

First time I've returned to this chipy for quite a while, and it's still as good as I remember it to be. Friendly staff and good tasty food. I will be getting my supper from Sutterton Chipy again ?

What a useless place. Service is diabolical as is the food. Fish over cooked and order completely wrong. Will be going to the golden fryer in future. Rang to make an order said it would be an hour, fair enough they are busy, but I didn’t have the time to wait an hour and said it’s ok I’ll leave it. Then the girl pushed for the order asking what time did I need it and I said needed in 20 minutes and said they’d do it. Great lovely, however, got there and had to wait another 20 minutes before they actually put it in to cook. Had t ask twice. So in the end they got their way, but did they!!! Actually, no… lost a customer for good out of principle will not be returning because it wasn’t like I was being funny or awkward just did not have time to wait. £30 + for fish chips 2 pieces of fish 2 tubs of mushy peas. Why would you agree an order and time and not fulfil your agreement. What’s the point. How can you run a business like that. It’s so disrespectful. Because stood so long waiting struggled disabled with no where to sit watch while 2 people complained from the restaurant bit and a couple of people walked out.Parking: Parking on the main road onlyWheelchair accessibility: Not able to access the restaurant and take out no where to sit if you are unsteady on your feet.

Disappointed. Fish was nice but the chips were quite nasty. We used to buy from here years ago when the kids were small as a treat but haven't been for a few years as we are not regular takeaway eaters. This place has definitely gone downhill since we last visited. Shame. We won't go again. Staff were friendly and polite.
Lovely , stopped by because our usual chippy was on holiday , wandered in , cheerfully greeted , made my order and while I was waiting a gentleman came in and ordered a cone of chips, they didn't have any so one of the ladies made one , so a cone of chips was produced . If the service is like that I'll be back . The chips and everything with them was very good . Worth going . Sharpen your teeth and give it a go . Since then I've been back with my partner several times , always welcome , always receive good fish and chips and always get involved in good banter . Hard working staff obviously appreciated by their customers.Update . I've just been to the sutteron chippy and the problems they are best by are not easy to work around . But they are , and though a bit tight lipped, are working to their usual high standard . The proprietor is working under a particular problem , the chip making equipment is on the fritz , but they have people hand cutting chips and , the service is still good and worth every penny .Don't muck about reading this bilge , check the opening times and go there . You'll not waste your time . Be nice . Take your best teeth .

Came to a loss where to buy quality fish and chips, then ? found that Sutterton chip shop was open, now been there twice this week. At last fresh chips, decent quality fish, proper mushy peas...Cost £ for a family of 4 also not to expensive.
