“The majority of our food was great as usual and I usually enjoy the food but today was just a bad one off perhaps. The chicken ceasar salad was a real let down. I was so looking forward to it all afternoon. Absolutely swimming in dressing which kind of defeats the idea of a nice healthy meal....chicken was dry. It would be great if the sauce was in a pot so I could have used the amount I wanted. It seemed to be regular lettuce too so it went all sloppy because it was covered in sauce which meant the croutons were soggy too. A Ceasar salad should be lovely and crunchy. Not one part of it was crunchy. I just can't believe how much sauce there was...completely swimming in it. Really inedible unfortunately. The only reason I'm writing it on here is because I did tell the waitress but it fell completely on deaf ears. She was a young lass who could have cared less about my experience. They were clearly very busy.”

“Having used Hot & Spot for many years on a nearly weekly basis I find it hard to believe any of the 1 Star reviews, I can only imagine they are being left by jealous competitors, my family has tried just about everything on the Menu over the years and not once have we ever had a complaint, the Delivery to our Village is always within good time and Staff are always friendly.”
