I am disappointed with my recent experience. Having came here every couple of weeks since open, usually it is clean and fast service. However, today bacon was smeared all over the table alongside beans. Bacon on the floor too. I had put my work down to do it whilst I waited for my breakfast and it was covered in this mess. The server took about 10 minutes to deliver a cup, and the machine is not kept topped up as much as it should. This place has been in decline over the past few months. Sloppy service and unclean.

Regularly enjoy a cooked breakfast here.Order items separately (you do have to be careful the staff have understood the quantities required of each item). Service is always prompt and polite.If ordering like this I recommend each person orders individually.Dietary restrictions: We eat as carb free as possible so ordering individual items for breakfast works really well.

If I could give this place zero or minus score I would! Service is appalling staff untrained, unqualified, and lack knowledge of licensing laws! Vile behaviour from female manager on a busy Saturday afternoon (24/02/2024), confrontational attitude, intimatating, bullying and humiliating 80 year old eldery customers as a result of her lack of knowledge of licensing laws and regulations, not to mention a complete absence of customers service and any kind of management skills. Will be followed up with a formal complaint to head office!

Ordered food, delivered fairly quickly, hot food on a warm plate. Coffee was pay for one top up if read self service on that. Great atmosphere, staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Place clean and airy plenty of room.

Alright food. Good to go eat late at night with some friends, never had any issues. However, I wish they had bottles of sauce instead of dinky little plastic packets.
