Lovely local bakery with a great selection of breads, filled rolls and sweet and savoury baked items. I go there for my lunch most days when I’m working in Brigg and I’ve never had anything that wasn’t good. Very reasonably priced and friendly service too. The rum truffles (Mondays) are awesome! Their branch in Kirton-in-Lindsey is great too.
