I went out for a birthday meal Friday and was shocked the cutlery they brought out was dirty the napkin had a dirty finger mark on it which I assume the waitress had food on her hand as she served it, my daughter's pizza wasn't cut and I was given a steak knife to do it myself and the cheese just fell off it , the burgers tasted funny I would never eat here again . I have taken photos of the cutlery as I was shocked !

I use weatherspoons daily.Spending around £20 to 30 a time. Last Friday 12th January I left my half full glass on the table while I went to the toilet and for a cigarette. Ten minutes roughly. When I returned it had gone! This has happened a couple of times.es before. A woman who said she wasn't working that day but she was a manager said she would look into it. As she walked away I'm afraid I swore not at her.at the situation. She then tried to take my drink away.i refused to let her unless she refunded my money. As I would have lost the price of 2 drinks. When I asked why the first drink had been taken.she said it could have got spiked!! When I managed to finish my drink she said I had laid my.hands on.her. not true I left the.pub and walked a couple of hundred yards to another one. She followed me put her phone in my face and said what's your name and took the a photo. Saying she was reporting me to the police and pub watch. THE bar staff couldn't.believe it. I am 71 yrs old retired and use the pubs in.Brigg a lot I am not know for causing trouble anywhere. But I have complained about some of the staff attitude before. Some of them should not be in the job.if I am barred from your pub it won't be right but to report to pub watch would be very wrong.

Cheap beer, cheap food, but the place is freezing in winter. The manager insists in keeping the outside door open in winter, so everytime someone walks in you get a cold draught to go with your drink. Not fun or relaxing.

Very popular and clean. Friendly service, a large number of tables and decent food. I had the 'Double American Cheeseburger' with chips (the burgers have noticeably shrunk in size though since I have last visited one of the chain).It is one of the better Wetherspoons that I have been to and I would return.

Always a gud time at the white horse, its a gud all round pub, plenty of comfortable seating, nice friendly helpful staff, theres a gud selection behind the bar at gud prices, an excellent place to visit for a quick drink or to spend a couple of hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and wide isles and if not people are more than willing to scoot in

Bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside, friendly staff and the typical array of food and drink you would expect from this chain.Pros: was nice and quiet for a Sunday evening didn't feel hassled by being too busyCons: No parking and one end of the street is blocked off, if it wasn't for the parking this would have been 5 stars
Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Prices are very cost effective and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is spot on!Kid-friendliness: Our toddler can be loud sometimes but we never feel uncomfortable there as the staff are always friendly and engaging.

No Burgers available on a Saturday afternoon ? Very poor offering.This is the culmination on Service levels dropping in successive months in my local Weatherspoons ? Started with cold food, then overcooked and dry and now no burgers ???? Come on !
