I returned from visiting a friend in hospital and though it was to late to cook. KFC was open and the carpark was empty. I ordered three pieces of chicken and fries. I received two pieces and I'm not sure if I was overcharged. They smelt different to what I remembered but I was hungry and tired.The meat was not what I remembered KFC being famous for !I wish someone would come from the headquarters to taste this stuff. Everyone at work NOW tells me not to go there. Maybe you have to be a regular to get the good stuff. It certainly won't happen to me. Never ever again from here.

I made an online order and it was accepted, waiting time was 15 to 30mins , it was over one hour and went back to check the progress, it says order has been automatically cancelled, call her number it was not going. Not happy with their online service. I am advising any one to use them. I am really disappointed.

New signature fries are dreadful !Mini fillets clearly hit by shrinkflation however the price point suffering inflation !I’ve had my last KFC food quality dropped so so much along with everything else they don’t deserve customerService on this occasion in this restaurant was actually good for only one person didn’t get his name guy with glasses dark hair he was spot on, however the food awful and at this restaurant it’s consistently awful,

Always very hot in this KFC, in the summer almost unbearable, also behind the times because no ordering machines yet. Staff very good and friendly, food always good and hot.

In 5 years they have never once, not one single time correctly put in the bag what I ordered and paid for. 45 minutes wait today and still stuff missing. The place is joke.

Not too busy. Quick service and didn't wait long for the food. Was lovely and hot and tasty. Definitely recommend that restaurant. Been a number of times and as always been spot on.

Every time I go to the drivethrough they get my order wrong. It's not difficult it's a set meal. I'm sick and tired of it! Bunch of useless kids. I won't be going anymore.Parking: Place is always empty so always space to park

On arrival someone was already complaining about previous and repeated bad service. The manager had no idea on how to actually apologise.It took 10 mins to be served despite there being on one in front of me.Bins overflowing and disinterested staff.Never again.

This was a fantastic restaurant to dine in at, easy to find from the large logo outside that looks more like old KFC! The counter has staff readily available, where I ordered the 2x Fillet Burger with Hot Wings and chips deal to share with a friend. This was priced suitably and it was delicious along with readily available sauces, cookie was yum too! The frames on the wall add well to the restaurant and cleanliness had been enforced.
