Very friendly staff, lovely food. Perfect place to grab something to eat with the family.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly my children are playing in the play corner on the tv screens and they even provided children cutlery. Their menu has plenty to choose from for the kiddies

Unfortunately not a great visit, stood waiting ages for a member of staff, once seated, we had to wait ages for a waitress/waiter to take our drinks order and then food order. Food did arrive quickly but wasn't as good as it used to be, there were no serviette's, no salt or pepper. We won't be rushing back......Update 6th May 2022Just been to the Lincolnshire Otter to meet a friend for lunch, and wow what a turn around. ? Service was great and staff were friendly, the food was served quickly and was delicious.A very enjoyable visit.Everyone deserves a second chance. ??

All staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, everyone really enjoyed the food. Very happy with our visit. Thank you.Parking: Lots of parking with good sized spaces.Kid-friendliness: There is a small inside play area for little ones, and a small area outside which is separated from the car park.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few spaces near the entrance for disabled parking, and even if these are full, there are other spaces on the corner which are shaped differently which make them wider.

Nice stop on our long journey from the coast. Great that we were allowed to bring dog in with us. Service was polite and reasonably quick.Atmosphere was calm and welcoming.especially loved the piped music through to toilets.

Sunday lunch...roast potatoes not crispy. Not enough mashed potato. We ordered turkey and beef but didn't get any accompanying cranberry sauce or horseradish . However the food was hot and the meat delicious. The staff were polite . On the downside the table needed cleaning but we did it ourselves. A major positive note was my elderly mum was allowed to partake a children's meal that was a sufficient portion size. She has a small appetite. Thankyou . We will consider calling again on our way to the coast. We live at Worksop.Vegetarian options: I had ultimate Veggie Burger which was plenty for me,Parking: Near pub.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families in but quiet.
