I like the burgers there. The staff is very friendly aswell

We ordered from here when we were drunk and even then and even then it wasn’t fit for consumption. I reckon it’s only a matter of time before the FDA ask you to remove American from your name on grounds of slander. The chicken was barely cooked in the middle, the bacon was burnt and yet somehow still oinking. Even the drinks, literally the LEAST involved part of the process, were wrong. The chips were beige, anaemic, and somehow at times were completely hollow. And the amount of onion in the salad- Oh my god. We chugged vodka straight from the bottle and even then we could not weather the Onion Attack. I have spared a star because the food was at least warm, and the delivery man was kind enough to spare us 50p.

They always arrived on time, they always gave us what we ordered and it was perfecto.A month or two ago we stopped having sauce turn up with our pizza. OK, fair enough, they stopped doing it. Then they started getting later and later. OK, the food was worth it. Then the food started arriving wrong. One or two orders, human error it happens...but then it happened more often. The pie we ordered didn't turn up, we waited hours.I ordered a pizza at 3pm for a 7:30pm delivery, 9:30pm and four phone calls later...the delivery driver arrived while I was ringing so I went out to meet him...disconnected my call to the pizza place, to see the delivery drivers phone light up with the number I was ringing. Then he said: I've just arrived. So they were blatantly ignoring my number then. Ordered two same pizzas and one different, got three of the same. Rang up to inform them, was told they'd do my next pizza free. Ordered another through Just Eat and put a note reminding them of their promise, for them to cancel the order and never pick up to me again.I don't know if they're still operating but from what used to be our favourite takeaway to the shambolic mess it became...I think new management needs to come in and sort it out.

AVOID!!!! made an order via JustEat at 18:30, it’s now 21:45 and there’s no sign of our order. We rang up 20+ times for them not to answer. When they eventually answered we were told “it’s on its way I promise”…. 3hrs 15 and there’s 8 people massively disappointed.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Total shambles ordered on just eat they accepted the order. Food was late so asked for update they then cancelled the order that is after 1 hour and 30 mins of waiting. Tried calling no answer. Will not be ordering from here again.

We have just recently tonight ordered from here after a long spell yet again as received not only wrong ordered items but items missing as well. When we ring up we get fobbed off with excuses. We can say we won't be ordering from these again. They used to be quite popular but have gone to the dogs. With no care in their so called customer service. Always next time they say with them well not anymore.
food was 2 hours and 20mins to arrive (expected to arrive at 8 30, arrived at 9.20pm) then an item was missing and wrong pizza. When I called they said food would be 15mins and they were really busy. maybe extend the wait times on Just eat to give people an idea its busy and there will be a longer wait than usual? then no apology when delivered. cheers

Ordered food, stated accepted and then cooking. Sat here 3hrs later £15 down and no food. Kids waiting for food whilst watching a film ended up having toast before bed as too late to cook. Shop number no longer in use so cant even speak to someone, Ill now need to call round and try and get a refund. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I placed an order on a Saturday evening for enough food for my family of 4. I knew delivery was slow - that was made clear when I ordered. Literally 10mins before the expected delivery time I got a message from Just Eat telling me my order had been cancelled. I called the restaurant to query this - it had indeed been cancelled, because they were busy. The guy didn't seem to care that I'd order an hour earlier and was expecting the delivery shortly. Just Eat were no help either when I raised this with them. An utterly diabolical service for a Saturday night.
