Fantastic family meal, the food is as always delicious and the service is excellent, we love eating here, for us it’s the best restaurant in Grantham. Try the steak with Gorgonzola sauce, amazing.

Tinel Seafood & Grill Restaurant

We came across this place by accident. We were actually on our way to a different place. As soon as we entered we were greeted by friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, we both had swordfish and it was so succulent and tasty. This is definitely one of our favourites we have eaten at for a while and would highly recommend if you are wanting something different. We will definitely go back. Thank you

The Leaf Grantham

Authentic South Indian food that is simple, delicious and extremely cheap for the quality. The decor is a little tired, but don’t worry about that, it’s the food that you come for. A very large party arrived after we’d started and they struggled to deal with the numbers with just one server in duty.Vegetarian options: As with all good Indian restaurants there was a great selection of vegetarian food that was clearly marked. Dishes were authentically vegetarian.

Mum made meals have been a life saver for me, the meals are delicious, and are delivered so they can be eaten straight away.The service is amazing and nothing is to much.

Gurkha Square

A recommended restaurant.Our group of 10 was split between 2 seatings.8/10 throughly enjoyed their meal. The other two were unimpressed.I loved my Nepalese Style curry lamb, which came with rice for £14.99.The service was great, the beer at £4.50 a pint reasonable and overall I would gladly return.

Chequers Inn

Following our visit to the Registry Office for our civil partnership ceremony, we went to the Chequers Inn for Lunch. It was a total delight. We had been allocated (as requested) a nice table in the Snug which was almost private, and overlooking the garden. We chose from the à la carte menu and everyone stated how delicious the food was, and how friendly and efficient the service, despite being surprisingly busy on a Monday lunchtime. The dining rooms (there are many) were warm and cosy, the menu encompassed both pub favourites and high class dining, and there was an extensive wine list. It couldn't have been more perfect.Food & drinks: Superb and varied menu.

Teaspoon Tea Co

We went in to grab a quick coffee and a snack, we were found a table for three straight away, the staff were friendly and the scones we had were fresh, soft and delicious. The coffee we had was also very nice and there was lots of choice. Will definitely visit again on my next journey into Grantham.

Neptune Fish and Chips

Huge piece of cod plenty of chips, cooked fresh, very tasty ?. Lovely staff, don't be put off by the look of the place, it's a work in progress, would definitely go back.

Sandra's Corner

Would give more stars if I could. After messing up my order myself, Sandra was an absolute angel and redid my order. After a long 13 hour shift this was so much appreciated.The food is always so scrumptious and even my other half, who is gluten free, can enjoy a treat from Sandra's Corner.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free selection

Everest Inn Grantham

After trying to find a Chinese in Grantham we came across Everest inn Indian first. Me and the gf Was not disappointed, lovely restaurant with good decor and the food was amazing, arguably the best Indian food we have tasted (and we have been to a lot lol) highly recommended if your in the area and the staff where very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be returning. 5*

FINKIN'S incorporating BRASS and BLOOM LOUNGE

Just popped in for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised how big the place was! I wanted some sandwiches to go for lunch and the staff were amazing,really chatty and friendly and got my order ready really quickly. The real winner though was the food! The sandwiches were massive and tasted unreal! Also a lovely lady called Tasha made me the best hot chocolate! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Fortune House

Great takeaway, all 5 of us said it was the best Chinese we had had for a long time. Sweet and sour chicken with good pieces of meat and crispy batter. Chow mein was good and not a sloppy mess like some we have had. Prawn dish was tasty and prawns a decent size.

The Farrier Brewers Fayre

We went for a Sunday carvery. It was fabulous. The actual selection was fantastic! I chose potatoe gratin and roast potatoes, and they were just right and not dehydrated. Cauliflower cheese and mixed root veg mash and carrotts again, these were just cooked and seasoned perfectly. The meat I chose was beef and turkey, again it was cooked to perfection. I'm looking forward to many more as long as the selection stays the same and doesn't change to the same old stuff every other venue serves up. Very well done, manager Sue, and server Logan at the Farriers.

Mandarin Chinese Takeaway

This is the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had, everything is so much fresher than anywhere else I’ve tried- so much flavour! Really loved the salt and pepper chips and the sweet and sour prawns. The prawns are huge! Everything we ordered was delicious and they even gave us a free dish. Will for sure make this our new go to!

Flame 'N' Fry

Incredibly kind and thoughtful team. They witnessed an elderly lady collapse just before Xmas outside the shop, helped her inside, gave her water & looked after her.

Monalisa Pizzeria

Best pizza in Grantham... Don't waste your money going to one of the well known chain pizza places in town, when you can go to Mona Lisa's and get a better pizza for a third of the price. Never had a bad meal here and food is ALWAYS piping hot when it arrives!!

Blue Pearl

Seemed hard to explain that I wanted an extra nan bread to the server.Even then he didn't do it and had to wait another 10mins whilst he did me a nan whilst I already had the rest of the order. Was very annoying.

Asian Noodle Bar

Placed a large order for work before hand and collected it with no issues. The young lad was great who took the monies however cash only was annoying. The food was incredible, the portion sizes lasted 2 meals and the people at work loved it. Can't wait for my next set of nights to come

These guys are absolutely diamonds! 2 of the guys assisted us when we broke down. This was in the middle of service on valentines night I may add and did so much for us to make sure our car started again and got us back to the hotel.I would be very happy knowing guys with such big hearts are preparing my food.Thank you so much gentlemen! Galaxy Fish Bar

This is seriously one of the best places to go to eat in the Grantham area. Amazing people running the restaurant, the delivery driver is wonderful and the food is amazing! We have ordered from them a few times and today they gave us free extra food and a free drink as well. They truly care about their customers and are very friendly and reliable.

Really needed a Chinese and they are round the corner. Prepared really fast and very tasty !Vegetarian options: Good selection of veggie dishes and my vegetarian friend recommends the King Po king prawns

Excellent food and staff very friendly. The manager is always very kind and helpful, my husband asked for garlic oil and he had the chef make some for him. Always lovely food and service.

Have been ordering for 7 years and very rarely get a problem from these. They are always quick to rectify any issues with a quick phone call. Really great staff and food is great. Fairly priced in a highly competitive market.

What a find! Amazing coffee, great cakes and lovely people. We’d certainly go out of our way to revisit if in the area again.Vegetarian options: Basic veggie options but they suited us well: we had beans, cheese and egg on toast.

Couldn't fault the food & the menu of the day is such good value. Nice to have some proper Portuguese home cooked food & desserts are delicious too.

The Fox Colsterworth

Stopped ear ? for the 1st time ⏲️ 21.02.2024 in alk my 40 yeats of driving. The grub is 1st class staff are spot on well worth a visit. The lorry Park is a bit rough BUT the rest more than makes up for it. 10 out 10 shame there wasn't more places like this to stay. Will defo stop again if I'm about BUT when your all over the country like Gypsies Dogs ? tramping never know where your next load takes you. Many Thanks Lyndon Powell

My husband and I visited Knightingales a few weeks ago. My husband is disabled and walks with a rollator. The owner was absolutely fantastic, anticipating his needs such as fetching a cushion for him to sit on and making him comfortable at the table. We had toasted sandwiches, cheesecake, a flapjack and cold drinks. All were spot on and the bill was reasonable. We were made very welcome and we’ll certainly be visiting again. Thank you so much.Vegetarian options: We’re vegi and there were plenty of lunch options for us to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp for access and outside tables including in the garden also. The only problem we had was using the toilet due to restricted space for 2 people and the walking aid. The help within the cafe from the owner was brilliant though.

I meet with friends nearly every Wednesday afternoon we have a laugh and remember bygone days the blue pig still a great pub the young staff are lovely we have not eaten there yet but will try in the future . Christine

This place is imo the best chinese takeaway in Grantham. The food is amazing and well priced. The blonde girl (I don't know her name) is really lovely who works behind the counter. Give this place a try if you want a good takeaway it won't disappoint

If all the fish in all the world were to be harvested and then three planets the size of earth planted with potatoes and simultaneously gathered - there would still not be enough produce for this place to put out.

Alma Park Fish Bar

Great food fish was amazing, and chips were lovely. Best fish I have had for a while to be fair. Did not take any pics as wanted to get stuck in, but next time I will.

Costa

Had time to kill and Costa was on the platform begging us to visit. Had an Americano and a chai, both of which were properly made by a very cheerful lady. Great asset at Grantham station and I'd be surprised if it's not a successful business.

Papa Johns Pizza

Would like to say Thank you to the gentleman who dealt with our problem this evening. We had an issue with our pizza and they sent out a replacement quickly and apologised, the problem was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Thank You!

ASDA Cafe

A large store with a big range of food stuffs, electrical items, homewares, clothes etc. It's also open 24/7 (apart from Sundays) so it's very convenient. If you can handle the annoying announcements they make every 15 or so minutes (at least on weekends) it's a pretty good place to do your weekly shop. It's certainly one of the cheaper places to get your groceries, although you might not find some of the more specialised items you'd get at Sainsbury's (for example, I was looking for paneer cheese to make a certain curry recipe and couldn't find it in Asda). But generally the range is fairly good and you don't get the horrendous queues you'll find at Morrison's. The staff are generally chatty and friendly and there are lots of bargains about.
