This was the worst cup of tea I had ever tasted and my wife thought the same. We had to wait in a que for 15 mins before being served. We were refused a normal cup when drinking in and instead had to drink out of a paper cup.The kids drinks didn't come with a cup either even though telling them that we needed something as they were too big for our toddlers.When sitting down the table was dirty from the previous customer and we had to talk over the self check outs which were 3 paces the other side of our table. Very unenjoyable experience.It was fully wheelchair accessible, with wheelchair parking and wheelchair toilets. Although the qué was not friendly for wheelchair users as you would struggle it fit down the gap.

This is one of the best retail stores I have visited so far. It is very large and contains a wide array of items. In terms of the environment, the store is clean, well-maintained, and pleasing to look at.Almost everything can be found here - from fresh groceries to clothes, home accessories, drinks, ice cream, gadgets, baked goods, toiletries, etc... the list is endless, really.Prices are reasonable and there are many checkout points - for self-checkout, or otherwise. It really makes for a good shopping experience.

Love this shop, when I'm back in Grantham, I will come back to ur shop, I will get some food/drink/treats/books/alcohol, all of these, 4 me as I have been away, living in 3 Residential Care Homes, if I can't walk 2 ur shop, if I ring u can u please deliver it to me if that's OK?, I will give you money 4 helping me. We used scan & go just before we got to the scan till our handset went blank we asked what happened staff not very helpful just said we had to go to a normal till to finish our shopping so we had to take it all out and put it all on the till wasn't happy we was talking to one girl halfway through what I was saying she rolled her eyes and just walked away

Came into store yesterday which was the 30th December,did my shopping,on checking my items before I put them in the fridge I just checked to sell by date only to find it had already expired the day before.Not happy!!!

I am absolutely shocked with the produce and kicking myself for not checking the dates before buying. From last week's shop on Wednesday 20th of September, we have had off fish, broken packaging on sausages and mince which has caused the meat to go off. Today my husband got the beef out to roast and it had gone off with the date being the 15th!!! He has just looked in the fridge and the Kafir went out of date on the 12th! What on earth were these products doing on the shelves on the 20th? I will be contacting Asda but unfortunately have no receipt but do have my bank statement. Will not be going back.

Highly satisfied with Liam who was serving on the self service trolley area this evening. He was so helpful and polite. I needed help with an item and various other things and he went above and beyond to assist me. He is a credit to your Grantham Asda store.

I visited the opticians in the store a few weeks ago to order some new glasses. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Emma.She was very helpful and helped me select two new frames, one with reactions lenses and the other with sunglasses lenses.When I was contacted to come and collect them two weeks later, Emma noticed a problem with the arms on the frame of my sunglasses.She apologised and promptly ordered a replacement. Unfortunately I was due to go on holiday for three weeks. Not a problem Emma said, they will be here when you get back.While I was on holiday, I received a text message from Emma to confirm the replacement frame is there and I can arrange to collect it when I get back home.I would like to put a big shout out for Emma. She really went above and beyond. She is a credit to your company.

This shop just get worse and worse by the day i have a holiday tomorrow and i went to get my euros and i was advised to get a card instead of the notes so i decided to listen to the employee, i go and log in when i get home and it says my access is denied? i try this a few times and it does not work so i decided to go back to asda and tell the lady that the details she put in for me is not matching up and she is very rude to me and turns her back on me to talk to the manger and then comes back with sorry i can’t do anything for u our system is down. When i get home i found out she typed my details in wrong and spelt my name wrong even though i spelled it out to her so turns out the system wasn’t down and she just lied straight to my face and used a cover up story. i am frustrated that i was lied to and not helped at all very poor staff and not happy at all.

They sell already worn clothes which is disgusting for an example a bra as we tried to return a bra that snapped but we need the full set we brought even the worn bra and as we asked they openly admitted to selling worn bra's in the quote of "we can wash and re sell the bra set" which is disgustingUpdate: it was resolved with this lovely guy who helped us but what is shocking is how we were treated by the service lady to return the bra and her manager as they were fully rude to us
