Seemed hard to explain that I wanted an extra nan bread to the server.Even then he didn't do it and had to wait another 10mins whilst he did me a nan whilst I already had the rest of the order. Was very annoying.

Only one person cooks food properly and that guy is the one that make the pizza.The higher ups of the place don't know what they are doing, overall management of the shop is poor, Needs improvement. They all sit on phones and leave the hard work to the delivery driver, the also complain about him if something that goes wrong that has nothing to do with him. That lad does all the cleaning out back, takes all the phone orders, preps half the food products because the shop workers can't be arsed, and has to manage all the delivery service for the shop and the way the shop workers run the place and keep putting prices up. That delivery driver lad need a considerable pay rise for the trouble he gets from co-workers and all the extra work he puts in.It will be a great loss to the blue pearl if they get rid of the driver, I know a lot of the customers , myself included only order for the great customer service the driver gives to all customers on every delivery and taking our orders, He is so polite and on time and very patient with the elderly. He is a fantastic credit to the shop and I among plenty of other appreciate his servicesThank you driver you are what keeps that place going.

Food was tasty and well cooked. The chips were not greasy. Best local chippy weve used.

Well I went into the chip shop and I didn't have much cooked in this one he said I had to wait a few minutes for the chips I asked for two small sausages chips and peas to which he stunned me with a price of £6.50 so I said just the one sausage then please and this came to £5 the chips are raw they are absolutely crunchy so as well as being expensive it's undercooked if I hadn't got to rush off to get on with work in the area I would have gone back to complain.The common price for this anywhere else would be around £3
