Costa Coffee is Costa Coffee. What makes the experience the best however, are the workers. The Sunday workers are persistently welcoming, cheerful and make excellent caramel lattes.

Exactly what it says on the tin!My only gripe is the lack of a decent gluten free cake option rather than the pre packed rubbish they sell (same for all Costas)

Went to Grantham Costa, male with pink hair behind the counter so rude, no customer service skills, no acknowledgment, no please or thank you, clearly doesn't like his job or people, suggest maybe looking for a new career path that doesn't involve any human interaction. This isn't a one off either, same attitude every time.

Keep giving this place another chance but staff are always rude, no manners and always shouting to each other across the shop catching up on their personal lives. Staff need some training in customer service.

Unfortunately this place was very unclean at the time of my visit. I had to wipe my table before seating down. It actually put me off if I'm being honest. The staff were chatting amongst themselves and every table had empty items on them. The toilet was disgusting. Honestly really needs a good clean up. This place wouldn't be suitable for wheelchair users as the spaces aren't wide enough unfortunately.
