I just wanted to say that I was super impressed with the order we had, I accidently ordered my domino's to the wrong address from a previous order.The restaurant was super helpful and the driver was outstanding, he was super polite, understanding and kind even when he realised he had to drive to the other end of town. (I can't remember the gentleman's name) but when he arrived in excellent timing I was very apologetic, tipped the driver and he was great.The food arrived still hot, my ice cream was still frozen and we enjoyed the meal just like we always do.5 stars to this service and restaurant.

Has this changed hands over the summer? Used to come a lot and they always got my order absolutely right but now don’t seem to be able to and argue about it when it’s pointed out, which is a shame. Shall have to find another takeaway and hope that it changes hands

Food quality has gone down hill significantly. Ordered a pizza, completely different pizza arrived, manager sent another pizza which arrived an hour and a half later, I had eaten several slices before realising the other half was wrong (half and half pizza) they refused to leave the new pizza as I had eaten 2 slices from the first pizza.

Absolutely disgustedI've used domino's repeatedly and never disappointed with the foodBut tonight I had my food thrown on the floor by a very abusive elderly delivery person I called him a horriblean he then swore in his own language shrugged his shoulders and left my food on the floor he needs sacking he also has a habit of robbing the large garlic dips I contacted the restaurant to be told sorry that's it sorry they'll have a word I dread to think what he did with the food on route in the bin it went0 refundWhen he leaves or gets sacked please contact me until then you've lost a valued customer

Pizza arrived with almost all toppings having slid to one part of the pizza. There are slices without cheese..? I get that using delivery drivers on bikes is cheaper than in cars, but this isn’t exactly what I’d ordered
