I used to love ordering from this takeaway, I love their spicy fillet burger meals, but my order has been wrong so many times, its not worth the effort anymore!I ordered spicy fillet burger meal with only lettuce and chilli sauce, no cheese, I hate cheese with salt and vinegar on the chips. I placed an online order and specifically rang when I placed the order to check it was correct and that they had seen my special instruction, which they confirmed they had.When the order arrived the chips were plain and there was cheese on my burger, the total opposite to what I had asked for, even though I called and confirmed it before it was sent out.I called to tell them and they said they had done it correctly, I replied telling him he hadn't, I also offered to send the food back as proof as I wouldn't eat it anyway as it was and he tried to imply I was making it up! I gave the driver the food to take back as proof, he then said he wouldn't be coming back again, they would have to give me a refund.Honestly I was a loyal customer up until this point but this situation was ridiculous, all I wanted was what I asked and paid for, I honestly don't think it was that hard and I'm aware the restaurant probably has awkward customers that make things up for refunds but I sent the incorrect food back!They actually ended up sending the new burger and chips, but it shouldn't have been so hard to sort it out and in my opinion that's really bad customer service!!!
10/10 absolutely amazing the best chicken place around. Staff are grandly and super kind. The food is spectacular, i always receive the food hot and its ALWAYS on time. The fillet burger is one of the best I've ever had and the chicken popcorn is so delicious better than KFC crunchy on the outside and incredibly juicy on the inside. I would 200% recommend this place.

One of the best places to get some takeaway, food is brilliant, the staff is friendly, especially the two young lads working there. Once you start going there for a while, you get to know them on a personal level and vice versa. Once again, best place to get some takeaway.
