When you ody cash you have to go to the till as you can't use the stupid machines that are probably covered in feaces. Problem is like most McDonald's staff see you stood there but make no attempt to serve you or get anyone else to serve you. This isn't specific to this particular restaurant but seem to ignore you longer than the others

Food was good, service great brought the food out to my car, atmosphere was excellent in my car with my own tunes with no annoying people with me, had to get out my car to put rubbish in the bin myself as the staff didn't come back over to tidy up. The car park was clean and tidy with the police patrol that went through the drive thru making sure all was safe and sampling the food

I feel McDonalds is one of the safer choices when traveling as it is rather uniform in what is offered (A Big Mac will always be a Big Mac) so when a McDonalds exceeds expectations it is nice little supprise to add a little bit of happiness into your day. My partner and I had breakfast here today and it is kept very clean and tidy and presented well, the food was great and the server couldn't be more helpful 10/10. The only thing to let it down was the delivery drivers as they are so ignorant and in the way and not even attentive when their pick up is called, but that is not a McDonalds fault.

Absolutely useless. Ordered a breakfast roll, they sent it out minus the egg. This is not the first time either.

Probably the worst restaurant in the world. Few times something was missing from the order, e.g. Burger in the meal (i know its not important component), cold food, or taking orders and not fulfilling them. Unhelpfull staff. Dont know Why this płace is still open. Probably for making peoples angry once again. Zero stars.
Never again! They over salted the cheeseburger to the point I had to spit it out! I hope it wasn't a deliberate prank? Although I also hope it want just a mistake!!!

What a complete DIRE experience.The staff are unable to understand, when you say you want HOT fries.Not coldNot lukewarmHot.Hopefully someone will educate them on, what piping hot means & that it doesn’t mean replacing the luke warm fries, with more luke warm fries.

If I could give zero stars for Grantham McDonald's I would. Staff and manager clearly don't know how to do proper customer service to solve order mistakes THEY have made. Along with making you pay in full but not actually getting ALL of the order to begin with and not helping to solve the issue but call out on the customer with rude behaviour instead!? Who do you employ over there? Unprofessional dumb dumbs I guess. SORT YOUR MANAGER OUT - JOSH DREY - HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE HIS JOB PROPERLY.

The restaurant is fine but it's got a terrible car park. Every time we go, it's a nightmare to park up and it's not helped by people parking on lines and where it's not a space with the staff doing nothing to police it.

The food is nice but sometimes cold,and you have to wait a while to get your food in the drive through only to get parked up for 15-25 minutes. i feel like service has slowed down a bit since deliveries started being a thing there as it seems that they are served before others,because of this they usually mess up the order or leave stuff out.i once went there and they forgot sauce on a mcflurry so the person went back to ask for sauce,the girl who made it got shouted at by the manager.
