Morrisons Grantham - Your brand is being significantly damaged by your decision to partner with militant cash grabbing the parking company Excel Parking.I have been charged £60 for overstaying the 2hr free parking by 12 mins. The cause of which was due to your store being understaffed at the till points and the chaotic car park entry and exit system.I emplor you to change this as you have now got a boycott on shopping in all of your supermarkets from myself and all members of my family, 15 people. Seems pretty expensive to maintain that arrangement….Normally I would totally ignore these parking criminals but in this case I have made the exception as I accept I was in technical breach of the terms of parking however this was not through choice.Fix it.

Morrisons advertise coming in to the cafe and that it is breastfeeding friendly however on taking my newborn in to shop and then feed in the cafe I was then given a 100 pound fine by the car park! I explained to excel parking who manage Morrisons car park I was breastfeeding my baby so marginally over the 2 hours but charged the 100 pound fine. I complained to Morrisons and no response. We will not be shopping here again or stopping to feed our baby in the cafe.

A smaller morrisons but the best in the area in my opinion.
Not helpful, found mouldy blueberries in my box at the checkout, told the lady helping who said go and get some more when I'd already got my shopping on the self serve trolley packing area with someone behind me. Felt bad that I would have to keep the other shopper waiting so said just leave it then so she walked off. Had hoped for someone to help me out as they usually are quite helpful but not today.

Visited the store to get some wet fish. The lady called Rebecca was very helpful , smiley and polite . She deserves a mention from the store manager

I waited for 40 minutes for fish and chips at their café, which were incredibly dry. Not acceptable.
