Our stay at Seaview Escape Resort was a coastal dream. The resort's location right by the sea offered uninterrupted views of the horizon. Our room was elegantly furnished, and we could watch the waves from our balcony. The resort staff were attentive and provided excellent recommendations for seaside activities. This is a place where the sea sings its soothing lullaby.

Staff super helpful. We had a great overnight stay and the food in the pub was fabulous too. This one is in my top 5.

We made a one night stop here to break a journey. It was very nice and the staff were friendly. It didn't have air conditioning but it did have a fan, although we don't like the sound of either so always turn them off. The restaurant was in a separate building just along the road, it did excellent food and actually had the vibe of a pub. We would return.

Typical premire Inn.Rooms are the old type, no air con, but I did know that prior to booking.Breakfast in the pub was late opening each morning only by 5 mins.I would stay here again.

Parkhng and bedroom with a shower. Lots of doors banging and noise, not that sort of noise, either. Would stop again here. Grantham is a nice town.

Unbelievably hot, stuffy and unventilated room. The weather wasn't even hot butthe room was worse than an oven, no fresh air supply or air con and the windows only opens a tiny crack due to "health and safety". We took the duvets out of the covers and just slept under the sheet but neither of us got any proper sleep due to the heat and some kids racing up and down the corridor. Reception apologised for the heat in the hotel and offered to sell us cold water for a pound as a solution. This hotel might be OK in winter but if the temperature is anything over cool outside, I wouldn't stay here.

Best hotel Iv ever stayed in The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

One particular receptionist at this hotel was very unprofessional and obnoxious. I was travelling with children and my room was still not ready after 3.30pm. I wouldn't have minded so much if the receptionist has been apologetic but her tone was very condescending and rude. She did not tell me it wasn't ready initially, I had to walk to the room to find that out. When I asked how long it would be I was told 10-15mins. I was ok with this. I returned after this time and it was still not ready. I told the receptionist it was still not ready. She stated that check in time was FROM 3pm and not guaranteed at that time. Also the ladies were very busy and doing their best. No apology to me for waiting. I stated it was not clear when booking that it might not be ready for 3pm and that I had travelled quite far. She responded that 'We have all had a long day' I could not believe her tone. I was furious and walked away to hear her say 'rude' I returned to reception and challenged her only to be told she was talking about someone else. This clearly was not the case. Regardless, she shouldn't be saying this about anyone. Perhaps she should look at herself. I stated she had not even apologised to me for the room not being ready and she begrudgingly did. She later gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher. I didn't want money off. I just would like to feel valued as a paying customer. If she had dealt with me in a courteous and friendly manner I would have been ok with the room being a little late. I have stayed in many Premier Inns, including the Grantham one before, and have never had a problem, or come across staff as rude as she was. The whole experience upset me greatly.

Good location to a1 and not far from town. Very good food options at The Farrier next door who cater well for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Good value for money and hotel clean and quiet on our stay this time
