Absolutely terrible service! We ordered our food for delivery and they changed it to collection. We called the company to ask why the change the woman we spoke to was very rude and unprofessional at her job!Apparently it s customers jobs to call just eat for delivery! I don't think it is but according to this woman who isn't even English apparently that's how it worked!Early birdie need to come of just eat because they clearly have no idea how the system of delivery driver's work and that rude woman needs sacking right away!We requested a refund which will take 3 days as we live to far away to pick the order up. Will not be ordering from here again until new management takes over.I highly don't recommend ordering from this place.

Ordered a breakfast in a box wanted everything very well done. Bacon was only just cooked beans were barely warm . toast was only toasted on one side. And was swimming in grease. Eggs were black due to being cooked in dirty oil.One plus was staff were polite. Breakfast ruined.
