What can I say? Everything was lovely. The hostess is so welcoming and friendly .The waitresses were efficient and attentive. The food...mmm, totally delicious. We opted for the Sunday roast, very generous portions, and every item so deliciously tasty. Best Sunday roast ever!Deciding from the sweet menu ,very difficult...! Again everything beautifully presented and the tastes ...so flavoursome.Amazing how quiet the party goes when the eating begins, everyone fully absorbed , enjoying and appreciating the wonderful food.The dining room was full, and it is wise to book well in advance as so popular.

We visited with friends on the 2nd December for our annual Christmas meal out. 9 of us in total and the restaurant was full. Service was excellent, host was very welcoming and the food Devine. I started with the cheese soufflé which melted in the mouth and the right flavour of cheese. The roast Turkey was moist and roast potatoes actually crispy. I finished this with the cheeseboard. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we will definitely be back. A wonderful place for a special occasion.
