“Ate here Saturday evening, lovely warm welcome (even gave us directions when we got lost lol), great atmosphere, food was gorgeous and cooked to perfection, the best mocktail I’ve ever tasted and we’re already planning to return when we’re next in the area. Cannot recommend enough”

“Visited twice during my holiday at Cleethorpes. Loved the open view on the brewery and on sunday even able to take a closer look. Interesting for a Homebrewer to see how the kit setup was. Had a couple of good chats about the beers, used ingrediënts, colabs and upcoming events. For that last, on wednesday I've seen that it looks promising with the new tap coolers. Enjoyed the unique smooth cask ales and the juicy neipa's from keg. Bought some cans for home and merchandise. The sticker is on the extractor hood of my homebrewery among other visited breweries, thnx!?”

“Me and my family went there this evening after being turned away from our first choice (bearing in mind we are not from round here) and thank god we did the staff are super friendly especially the (sorry for saying this but I didn’t catch your name) lady that was in charge and this was in her words not mine (really old even tho she was only 42) she was super with my three girls and made sure that all there allergies where met and then went above and beyond for my younger two to make them feel the same way as there older sister. Can I also say that my middle daughter that suffers with autism felt safe and comfortable enough with this lady to give her a cuddle as we left (she don’t even cuddle all the family members) highly recommend going to the pear tree I have never been to a place where we as a family have seen this sort of service (talk about a cherry on top of a great holiday) will definitely be going back when we are this way on again Thank you for your service Table 20 the ones with the mille soya and gluten allergies”

“We ate at The Ship as a party of 11 for my mother’s birthday. The evening was fantastic from start to finish and the food was of a very high quality and flawless. We had a variety of dishes from burgers to fish to fillet steak and everyone commented how good their meals had been. My parents both had the lemon sole and commented that it was the best they had ever had. The service was fabulously friendly and attentive throughout and the food was served without delay which is often not the case for larger parties. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Ship and will be returning very soon. Well done!”

“We attended the Tuesday SEN session and they didn't disappoint! Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely lady working there, she was so friendly, interacted with the kids, made sure needs were met and did everything she could to help. Great setting for children who have a tendency to elope, with safety gates to stop everyone but the hurdlers! We will definately be back!”
