Excellent choice of menu and drinks to suit all diets and staff very polite, prompt service and helpful. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Vegetarian options: Good choice for vegans, vegetarians, non dairy, and gluton free food.

Kid-friendliness: Small play table at rear for children and room for pushchairs for smaller babies etc

Whilst all the other shops were closed or empty, Abbys was busy! Tucked away in Abbygate we stumbled across this place and was NOT disappointed. Highly recommend this place. Food was great. They don't scrimp on the fillings on their sandwiches.

There are three tables outside for dogs.

I visited for the first time last night with my partner and we were amazed! The staff were attentive and provided a great atmosphere with the added setting of the coastline in the background. We ordered from the main menu, each having a starter, a main with a side and a dessert to share as we were so full. Everything tasted sensational and I highly recommend the lamb ragu, along with their signature saison which they have on tap. My partner tried the fettuccine on the recommendation of our server Faye, and we were both very impressed. We highly recommend nasturtium and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our Friday date night, one of our favourites.

This is a great little place & we were, to be honest, very impressed.

Friendly, welcoming staff, brilliant service & excellent food & drink.

There is an impressive cocktail menu & the cocktails themselves are very professionally prepared & presented.

Add to this a great food menu with some very good choices & your have the makings of a top notch evening out.

Great choices of hand pumped ales great local and friendly pub and above all the staff in here are so friendly and helpful

This pub on Cleethorpes railway station today was really good a nice amount of interesting real ales on and they were well looked after by the good staff on behind the bar
The pub is a large old railway building with a large drinking area and good bar and local following

Popular cafe close to train station, regular flow of customers eating in, take away and delivery. I was staying across the road at the Holiday Inn Express and was stuck for a snack so read reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Simple menu for food and a great selection of bottled beer from around Europe.
The ploughman’s sandwich with salad and crisps was delicious, all fresh and served quickly, washed down with a bottle of Duvel. The only downside I could see was deciding on which drinks to choose.

We had visited the Museum so wanted some where to try local ales. Excellent choice. My husband had the IPA 101 and managed two pints! We tried the catering van. I had the vegan wrap as I can’t have dairy. It was excellent . Loved the toasted wrap. My husband had the burger which as you can see is massive. If you visit by car go in Tesco’s just up the road to park! We don’t live locally sadly. Otherwise it would be our local!!

Lovely snug pub on Cleethorpes Sea Front with lovely staff and punters. Even has pool tables and one of those mobile-controlled Jukeboxes. Shame it's so expensive! Over a fiver for a pint of Madri! Go one bar down to Willy's and you can get a pint of Becks for just over £4 or one of their local brews, or go up to the Fisherman's on Sea View Street and get a pint of local Docks Beers for the same price. Explains why the place is so empty during the week.

I get the pub trade is struggling but as a Marston's pub you'd expect it to be a bit cheaper - it's Cleethorpes, not Brighton!

Absolutely loved this little gem of a place , totally unique , the ladies there are so kind and the food was absolutely delicious, took me back to a bygone age , the liver gravy omg ! The curry sauce omg ! The Haddock ! The chips ! Visited last Friday with my lady friends , one of my friends used to live in Clee so she knew it , I would recommend this little place to anyone , it’s a unique experience, the sort of place TV chefs would like to visit ! Photo shows normal fish not large !

Parking: Easy free parking large car park

Wheelchair accessibility: A lady was in the restaurant in a wheelchair , very flat

Certainly the best fish and chips takeaway in the Grimsby area. Really quick professional happy staff. Portions are huge. We order 2 fish, one small chips one small peas and that easily feeds 4 of us. Consistently great tasting haddock, batter and chips. Can be often a huge queue as so good.

Parking: Parking can get a bit of a crazy. Not alot of parking for the busy times and chaos can ensue.

We just had the pleasure of staying here at the Millfields Hotel. All the staff are great, Gareth on reception is very helpful and as we arrived early evening we had a meal in the restaurant. The friendly and attentive Mandy and Lisa ( thanks for the recommendations ) made it an evening to remember. Not forgetting the great food put on by the chef!!
The rooms were a good size, clean, comfortable and quiet! Great shower too!
We would definitely go out of our way to stay here again!
A big thanks to everyone (including those behind the scenes )for making it a nice place to stay!

So glad we discovered this spot on a very recent visit (this weekend) to Laceby. What a little gem. We were so happy to find this! The decor was perfect and created a homely feel... we absolutely loved that they were selling independent goods that looked homemade around the cafe... so lovely! The staff were so friendly and lovely and the food was great.
