12-16, Abbeygate, Abbey Walk, GrimsbyWhat a great place. This was our first visit to Abby's, brought here by friends for lunch, and it definitely won't be our last - can't wait for the next time. A great variety on the menu - we decided on Tuscan Chicken, Thai Fishcakes, Fish & Chips & Seafood Linguine. All were excellently presented and delicious and reasonably priced for the quality of food and the service. We also managed to share a Sticky Toffee pudding & an Oreo cheesecake - which were also delicious. Many thanks to our server, Ana - very friendly and helpful and to Jay & Scott for producing such excellent food.

19 St Peter's Ave, CleethorpesLovely little coffee shop, great atmosphere allowed in with my dog who relaxed comfortably. Had the hot choc and it was luscious, also tried the choc caramel brownie/cake it was very rich in flavour. The staff were very polite aswell. Little wait for my drink but was worth It in the end.Overall if you pass I'd recommend taking a stop.

And the atmosphere is lovely, very cozy and feels family oriented.Now, the food wasn't perfect for the group however mine was lovely which is why I have given them 5/5. It was only one person who felt let down and I will explain why it's worth mentioning. They ordered some vegetarian and was not impressed so maybe it's just something they struggle with so pre warning or it was simply the wrong thing to order for the person. I however had a butter chicken which was lovely and creamy and mild because unfortunately I am boring in that department. But I left feeling full and happy with my choice and they was brilliant with the children in the group and the mess they may have caused so they do deserve the credit.

Grimsby Institute, Nuns Corner, GrimsbyToday the students hosted a charity cake sale. The cakes and cheesecake were delicious and at 50p each we bought one of everything and two of the cheesecake as that’s hard to share. I hope they were well supported and raised a healthy sum. On a final note, it’s been great to return to the college after a difficult year for staff and students. The food has been great from the start and, as always, an absolute joy to watch the students develop and grow through the year and I wish them all well with their exams and futures when they leave, their great food and service has seen the restaurant busy on lunchtimes and evening alike with a waiting list! Definitely worth attending for excellent food at a crazy price and looking forward to September when they reopen. WELL DONE EVERYONE

I have just come again for the Friday deal, and I feel so disappointed... the burgers were burnt at the edges and just cooked on the inside. The burger bun was tough and one teeny peice if lettuce. A few scraggy chips.. That's it.. I ate it as I was really hungry, and it was still edible but a very noticeable change from 8 months ago.. sign of the times, I suppose. If it was the full price, I would I sent it back. Service was still brilliant and polite staff.

We both ordered cod rogan balti and it was lovely, full of flavour and just about the right heat.Prices were as expected, the owner was lovely. They only take cash which is unusual but there is a cash point in the shop next door so it really isn't an issue. We would definitely eat here again.

This is the only fish shop I’ve found that has mushy peas which taste exactly like those from the pea bung circa 1950 when my mum used to take me there on market day. A happy, tasty childhood memory revisited. Definitely recommend.

Top town market, Freshney Place, GrimsbyA priest a mill and a ferry is a good sized cafe on Grimsby top town market, it's nicely decorated, well lit, warm and clean, the wheelchair access is very good with a ramp having been provided ♿ and the staff are very friendly and helpful.Their menu is quite broad and covers most requirements from breakfasts, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea.It also has a selection of weekly specials that vary from the norm.It's dine in or takeaway only, card payments are accepted and they have a 5????? food hygiene rating.Food review June 2022.I opted for a big breakfast from the main menu and a pot of tea. The tea arrived fairly quickly and my meal after a further wait (freshly cooked to order, the quality of both the breakfast and tea were very good as were the portion sizes. A little more expensive than some others in the area but worth extra expense for the quality of the ingredients, really nice butcher sourced Lincolnshire sausage and bacon, grilled fresh tomatoes, saute potatoes fried eggs and mushrooms and beans plus a couple of slices of nicely toasted bread and butter. ?I paid £10 for my meal and drink.Update June 2022.I have eaten here a few times recently and tried a few meals from their specials board and have been really impressed with both the flavours and quality? of the food offered here, a couple of standout meals were flatbread with Greek style lamb and beef patties and the flatbread with breaded buttermilk chicken with crispy bacon, cheese and garlic mushrooms, both of these were very delicious ??the chef here has served dishes with an excellent balance of flavours and textures.?There's always a good selection of meals on the menu which includes some really good salads and vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: There is usually an interesting vegetarian option on the specials menu which changes weeklyWheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair access is good and the cafe is spacious.

Would happily visit again if we were to come back to Keelby. My partner’s a bit of a premium beer snob and said to write about recommending a more premium beer such as Madri or Moretti.

Recently attended the Halloween party and brought 3 children aged 5-7, they’ve never been to a halloween party here before as we usually do the Linden Club. They absolutely loved it and asked if we can come every year! Staff went above and beyond to make it a special night for the kids, lots of games and prizes, they didn’t want to leave! Thanks to Kim and India for making sure all the children were included and for making it so fun for them all.

Food was very nice and presented well..I saw it had been voted the best tea rooms in lincolnshire ...Umm not sure about that Lincolnshires a big county..did the judges visit and eat at every tearooms in the county ? I've been to better , but still deserved no doubt .

Purchased a full English and everything was cooked perfectly. Even the scrambled egg that was upon recommendation by the owner, I'm glad that i listened too that . Also being asked how I wanted my bacon was an unexpected question but welcome as not been anywhere that's asked that in a long time. Ill definitely return here. And will recommend others to try also

Kids had plenty of options to order with too. All had full bellies and we will definitely be returning!

43 Waltham Rd, Scartho, GrimsbyExcellent chippy. I like my fish moist so ask for lightly cooked. It is always perfect and the really pleasant, cheerful server remembers my order every time I go. This is the only fish shop I’ve found that has mushy peas which taste exactly like those from the pea bung circa 1950 when my mum used to take me there on market day. A happy, tasty childhood memory revisited. Definitely recommend.
