We have been here before but nearly five years ago and they do the coolest flavoursome coffees! I always went for the cookie dough mocha!!! This time I went for the cookie dough mocha! The money was worth it and the staff are quite pleasant!!! And the food portion sizes are big, my mum and I left feeling full!!! Yummy food ??

Had an excellent lunch yesterday. 4 of us all had the roast beef. Only comment would be the roast potatoes could have been cooked a little longer and missed having roast parsnips.
Fortunately my vegetarian wife wasn't with us as the choices were very limited.
Service was excellent and professional.
Once again disappointed at the lack of a draught ale, however the wine list was excellent and I really enjoyed the Rioja.
There was a nice gentle buzz about the place as families enjoyed their Sunday lunch.

Absolutely amazing experience! We moved a surprise 60th birthday party here at the final hour after a cancellation elsewhere. The space is beautiful and feels very exclusive. Stephen was a life saver, nothing was too much trouble and he made the night feel incredibly special despite the short notice. Great selection of drinks, really reasonable prices, and a gorgeous venue. We will definitely use again!!

First time here today drove over from hull to try. Firstly well done for providing cheap priced food for a local community and for giving everyone chance to get a hot meal. Waited about 10 mins very busy had the £3.50 fish chips and peas in a box and ate in the car. Good sized portion of food the fish was excellent nice taste good batter the peas were superb thick and very tasty the slight let down was the chips they were very bitty and quite hard on the outside. But hey it's £3.50 and on the whole enjoyed it. Got quite a name for itself now

Been to Wednesday night quiz night... Quiz was fun, with a friendly crowd - food was ok, but I had a curry, and the poppadom included was not quite cooked properly... most of it was fine, but the edge had somehow escaped cooking, so was really tough like raw pasta, which was a little unpleasant...
That said, it wouldn't stop me going again and I'm sure I will...

Was passing Freenman Street market and popped in! Came across the Courtyard Cafe, sat down for a bacon bun and a cuppa really nice. Friendly staff and quick service. Only issue really was two bits of bacon in a bun really felt like it needed three! Loved it thought. Be back soon to try out that breakfast!

I had first visit last week (steak pie with lots of steak chunks, veg all fresh not frozen) and am going again this week. The food is fabulous well cooked traditional British. Im hoping the special is lambs liver and onion gravy. Where else can you get that? Heartily recommend Harriets.

Just Spent the weekend, celebrating a family wedding .had a family room which was spotless and the beds were very comfy. Had a light lunch in the bar room on arrival, which was very good and reasonably priced. Our evening meal was delicious and the staff pleasant. The day of the wedding started with a nice breakfast. The function room were the actual wedding was held was beautifully decorated. The food was excellent.
The whole weekend was a total triumph. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time at Docks Beers and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

The beers are genuinely impressive — the quality is really high, especially for the local area. You can tell a lot of care goes into what they’re brewing, and there’s always something interesting to try whether you’re into classics or something a bit different.

One of the standout things for me is the atmosphere. There’s always something going on, and I love the selection of events and gigs they put on. It gives the place a real buzz and makes it more than just somewhere to grab a drink — it feels like a proper community spot.

All in all, a brilliant venue with great beer, great vibes, and always something happening. Definitely one of my go-to places!

they don't have cod but the haddock had beautiful, intact skin on and the flakes were large. Great price considering they fry in beef dripping and not triple processed, ultra refined genetically modified sunflower or rapeseed/canola oil which uses hexane or paint stripper, industrial degreaser for refining let alone bleaching it as well to get the consistency and colour to make you think its harmless and fit for human consumption.

Picture was taken after some portions of chip nd fish were missing. Sharef between two non-obese adults, one large makes a good meal unless you perform plenty of hard labour.

Ladies serving were very polite and professional. Exceptionally strong, young and beautiful females, in and out.

I am really sad for Grimsby if you care enough to look around you.

Thank you peabung for still doing your best to serve up food to plenty if ordinary and needy people like myself despite all that's going on in britain and the world.

You ladies, your expertise, cooking, business acumen and resilience are awe inspiring.

Thank you for serving and helping people, unlike many rip-off chippys that sell kebab, the wrong stuff and stale old poor quality food in miserly portions for over the top prices.

it is a shame i live nowhere near grimsby but it would be a real treat when i get a chance to drop by again.

The food was in fact out of this world, it was well cooked and delicious aswell. The service was incredible considering there was a lot of customers in the shop at the time of arrival so big well done to the staff who quickly made my food lovely people. The atmosphere is amazing the staffs energy working looked motivational and couldn’t ask for better service overall an amazing place it’s fairly cheap and good quality food so on payday get yourself a meal with piccolo pizzeria.

Recently played as part of a four ball. 2pm tee off for £35 we felt was very good value. Even more so after playing this lovely course. Greens were quick and in great condition. Pro in the shop was very helpful explaining the first coupe of holes on the course. We had lunch before hand in the clubhouse and the food was excellent. Good sized portions for the value. Lady behind the bar was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be trying to return soon.

This is a plain sort of place that is a hidden gem. It's clean and spacious, the food is freshly cooked and the service is friendly and accommodating. It's clearly used by a lot of trades people, but they welcomed us and provided a great breakfast for a very reasonable cost. My only gripe is the loos are a bit basic, but they were clean, ample facilities, and there was hot water.
