“Homely little cafe, toys to occupy children, absolutely beautiful food, dietary needs catered for, I had a gluten free sandwich, it came with salad and crisps and was absolutely delicious! There is a vegan menu as well, with plenty of choice, lovely friendly staff, and really good value! Couldn't ask for more, we'll be back another day?”

“This amazing business recently helped to host our very first Silent Book Club! They have plenty of seating, with the main seating downstairs and 2 rooms upstairs, one of which is a family room.
The room upstairs had plenty if books which you can help yourself to/swap for new reads and plenty of board games.

It feels very rustic and quirky, with a great atmosphere. Everyone who came loved it, some people had been there before and some was their first time, eager to return. We're all so excited to have a monthly meeting at Riverhead Coffee, and I am so, so grateful for such a lovely place to enjoy reading and socialising.

Definitely recommend visiting this spot! The staff are absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough for you and are so friendly. ?☺️”

“Popular cafe close to train station, regular flow of customers eating in, take away and delivery. I was staying across the road at the Holiday Inn Express and was stuck for a snack so read reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Simple menu for food and a great selection of bottled beer from around Europe.
The ploughman’s sandwich with salad and crisps was delicious, all fresh and served quickly, washed down with a bottle of Duvel. The only downside I could see was deciding on which drinks to choose.”

“Had a great mornings breakfast at harriets. Took my 2 grandparents with me. Excellent service and food came out in record time. It only came to £16.50 for 3 full English breakfasts. Definitely will come again. ?”

“Lovely little cafe... gets busy quickly so booking advised.. the young girl who was serving was lovely.... got the impression she was new... we mainly ordered a large Cooked breakfast, one with poached and one with scrambled egg.... the young girl was still making the drinks and the food started piling up.... all while the tables started filling up.... the scrambled egg appeared to have been microwaved and the beans.. everything else tasted lovely.... ? I just felt that if the ladies cooking could have supported by helping to bring the food out or offering the girl doing coffees then it may have run a bit smoother.... the cheesecakes I'm told are lovely.... we took 2 to takeaway :) ? xx”
