Ordered on food hub, for the 2nd consecutive time the pizza toppings were wrong - chicken missing off the 12 inch pizzas. Phone was permanently engaged so couldn't get through to them. I even tried to phone them after placing the order to ask them to double check it was right before leaving the shop but couldn't get through.Also, i ordered 2 weeks ago and was impressed with the supreme calzone - being approx 9inch. This time I ordered 2 and they were not much more than 6 inches - how can you charge the same price when your product is inconsistent? Not happy as it was a £50 order!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! We waited over an hour and a half for the food only for it to be disgusting, most meals were wrong or missing, chicken was chewy and over cooked, pizza and chips were burnt to the point they were inedible, the poor lady at the front taking orders was left to deal with most things on her own as the two chefs walked outside for god knows how long! All I can say is if you’re unable to deal with the demand of food on a Saturday night then you shouldn’t be open for service ?

After waiting over an hour and half for the food, the kebab meat was rubbery, chilli sauce tasted horrible, was the worst takeaway I've had in a very long time, definitely lost my custom!!!!
