Ordered 3 times now and has been delicious each time. 4 dishes for £15 but it’s actually decent not like a lot of places that do similar offers. Staff friendly and very helpful, went the extra mile for my order, will recommend and use again thank you.

Be careful because you can get a very hot cut by ordering a regular one, not a hot one !!! I have bought at this place many times before and the same time I ordered today was not that terribly spicy. The loose lady explained this by the fact that I previously ordered the same dish with mushrooms and rice, but what does it matter, since the same dishes were previously ordered, the same dishes were mild. Surely the cook made a mistake but the lady wouldn't admit it. I will never buy anything there again, they lost a customer.

Used several times always been OK except tonight.Ordered 4 meals offer £14 2 large egg fried rice. One meal was missing and the customer service was absolutely appalling.The girl on the desk obviously useless and messed the order up.Refused to bring another meal out without charging me again.Very rude and we will be going back to New Joy.Whatever happened to good customer service and admitting the wrong order taken down we just don't know.The owner we hope you are reading this. You must be well off financially to be so rude and lose custom like this.You spoilt our evening thank you

Boss is rude obviously she doesn’t need business of customers.The girl at the desk is rude didn’t listen to the order properly and missed a meal out which the boss then tried to recharge us again! Absolutely Shameful! Awful customer service! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Seems to me as if there’s some sort of scam going on here ?

Good reasonably priced food.Nice clean shop with friendly service and advice. I've been using this takeaway for quite some time and had no reason to complain.For the price of 4 dishes for £13 with good sized portions it constitutes great value.The wheelchair access is good and there's some seating provided, parking space outside on Fairbrother st.The special offer menu includes a good selection of starters, mains meals, side dishes and some english meals.My favourite 4 at moment.Pancake rollsSpare ribs with chilli salt and pepperBeef with mixed vegetablesChicken fried rice.The chicken parcels are also very nice (chicken, spring onion and water chestnut deep fried in wan ton wrappers served with a sweet chili dipping sauce).Open early 16.30 hours 6 days a week! Ordered at 615 last night waited 3 hours for food to be delivered... Several phone calls were made staff lied to us about delivery, including lines of "will be delivered shortly" at 8 oclock or "well you maybe should of booked 2 weeks ago like some people have".... Yes i accept it was christmas eve but seriously three hours?

Ordered 4 main meals 2 being special chow mein very disappointed with it hardly any meat in it at all little bits of chicken and roast pork here and there..
Plenty of meat in dishes, nice light rice only criticism one of the lids not fitted properly so curry juice spilled out and contaminated chips and prawn toast.

The tofu is v v nice its beans or simething salt n chili peppers yummy and liw in calories so low cal fave sayce or garluc did uh uh yummy

Wouldn't even rate 1 star but no option for none. The curry taste like washing up liquid, chips had been cooked in old oil taste dirty. Chicken was like rubber. Onto the ribs. Well, I thought Id opened a bag off bones. Tried ringing the restaurant to explain politely and the lady was very rude shouting and saying its not her fault I dont like her cooking. Definitely not ordering again,wouldnt feed it to my dog!
