Absolutely disgraceful, horrible experience. Staff member male “Kai” binned our bag of food while bags were at table. His only excuse could be “shouldn’t have left it there”. While waiting 10 minutes for our 2 drinks. Not even an half proper apology from him. Just stood there. Other staff members mortified by his actions. Not sure what he was going to do with the rest of my bags he was walking away with. Bin them as-well ? Absolutely ridiculous. In other words Claire is a star and a great member to the team. Couldn’t apologise enough for what he did. A credit to the place.

Visited here a couple of months ago and ordered an iced tea. No ice and lukewarm, very disappointing; however, went with daughter last week and both had coffee, much better!

It takes far too long to get served, I bought a cup of tea and a bacon roll, the tea was put on a tray at the side of the counter, and by the time the bacon roll was ready the tea was cold! Staff are not really interested, and no one seems to know exactly what they are doing.

Thought we would have a quick coffee whilst shopping, nothing quick about it, it took 15 minutes to get to the till, with 4people in front of us,5 members of staff moving at a snails pace with zero interaction with customers or each other, only had an americano so was ok, was it worth the wait.....I don't think so. Injection of life needed

The two guys who served was very helpful and professional nothing was too much trouble. Coffee and food was great. Nice clean place.
I came in today for a coffee, after an incredibly long wait, I purchased a tin of your hot chocolate and asked for a coconut latte. After sitting down to drink my drink I realised I had been given a hot chocolate with coconut milk. Because it took so long to be served in the first place I genuinely didn't have the energy to take it back and ask for my actual order. It seemed quite chaotic behind the till there were jugs all over the place, mess everywhere and people waiting for what seemed ages, numerous people were coking up with problems with their orders.

It was ok coffee was fine but tbh the cake stand was a bit meh and the sandwich selection was the same and the table was a bit sticky prob wouldn't ho back to this costa
