Visited Greggs at U2 Gilbey Road. What a great team of staff. Excellent service from Charlie, what a lovely friendly efficient lady.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat and a drink. Available tables so decided to eat in. Toilets left a bit messy from previous customers. Advised team that hand towels were low and were topped up straight away. Food tasty and hazelnut hot chocolate delicious. Lady on counter, Charlie (I think) and a young man, who's name I didn't see were cheerful and friendly. Watching Charlie interacting with customers, we saw how good she was with them and told her that she was amazing. Credit to the company ??

Two times ordering at this particular location, first time it got mixed up and today we had missing items. Don’t get me wrong it’s just eats fault too but Gregg’s should’ve insured everything was there with photo evidence to send to customers before picked up

No Tea? Apart from herbal? The place was grubby floor looked filthy around the tables we spent an hour in there killing time staff handling food with no gloves on? Didn't clean tables after use toilets not checked.
