We waited 35 mins to order, told we would have to wait another 15 mins if we want chicken on the bone, WOW! Thought you were KFC? Not Macdonalds! Paid £19 for 2 meals, it was cold, buns were dry and hard, gravy was like water and a complete rip off, never again.....The manager needs to address it very quickly.

Waited 45 mins for food but see about a dozen just eat and delivery drivers come and go before getting our food. Had no apology from staff. However, I understand and can clearly see with all the added delivery services places haven’t adapted to the added amount of customers. THIS ISN’T FAST FOOD ANYMORE. It’s KENTUCKY FRIED COUNTING THE MINUTES.

The irony is I left good feed back for the delivery driver with a tip. But the food was shocking. Hardly any chicken. For a tenner, it's not great value. Tried to call them, of course no answer. Open your food before you accept it!
