I genuinely think they hire illiterate monkeys here. Food is either cold or something is wrong with the order. There’s no option to report something wrong when you order from the app so they just take your money and refuse to give a refund even if they’re the ones who have forgotten a whole part of the order. This location in particular always has issues and the staff need retraining ?

Well done Google for spotting my misallocated review.I love MacDonalds but not like my best local chip shop!Vegetarian options: Most of the non-food good stuff is vegetarian I think. Perhaps I ought to find out for sure. Not vegan - I know that - but surely McFlurry and shakes are. Then I often have the veggy burger. Great comfort eating snack on the long drive home. Even if it is near mid-nightWheelchair accessibility: Best case scenario. Totally right

We have had more cold food here than hot & it's always when using the drive through. We drive that bit further to another now. Think they box your fries or half meal up as you order then if you get parked up waiting on something they are sat there going cold all that time. It's the only explanation we can think of.

Haven’t been here for months due to cold food and a manager with a couldn’t care less attitude. I went today and they didn’t disappoint. Food cold (not Luke warm) cold. From past experience it’s pointless complaining. It’s about time this place had an inspection. Won’t be using them again.

So... Saturday movie night, order placed at drive through get home. Order missing my sons meal.. Dont worry son I will rush back and get it for you.Two young servers one of which straight away said we will replace the whole order... To which I replied 'thank you so much' thinking how kind and proffesional....However on hearing the SHIFT MANAGERS intervention 'give him whats missing if he wants it all he's gotta bring it all back'...So I took the Philly Cheese Stack meal 'no drink' back for my son and by now my families COLD food waiting for thier Dad...So I thought NO... I gathered all the food up, for the 3rd time I went back. 'Moral" practice what you preach.. It seems your younger team have better morals and integrity than yourself.. Thank you Katalin for finally replacing my families family movie night treat....

I visited today having said after the last 3 times, I wouldn't be visiting again, but 3 months has passed and thought they may be some improvement, but sadly not! I waited 22 minutes to pay, then my food was cold apart from the apple pie, which wad piping hot! My coffee was cold too, The manager needs to sort this out, its callled a fast drive through? Working people come there for food as most only have 30 minutes, some of the staff don't really care, as no apology given for the waiting time, this is purely down to poor management and training, I certainly won't be visiting there anymore.
