We are fuming …. Do Morrison actually tell staff to up the cost of there online shop? I just can’t work out on what planet you think that swooping out products for items that are not the same but double in price when there are clearly cheaper available …. Then to top it off today we ordered a joint of ham in our shop totalling £8 ….. yet the joint I was sent was £18 ….£10 more!!! When asking the driver how much I had been charged for the ham I was assured it was the same price and then he went on to tell me he wished he was given more info reguarding our orders ….. when I got to look at the email with the receipt I had been charge £18 ….. in this day and age do you think families can afford these changes to there shop? Why do ur shop pick the most expensive items to replace the shop? This is clearly done to make more money and when a family is buying budget …. Disgusting … and when we looked even closer at our past invoices I can see you do this a lot …. Bet you’re making some money …. I do plan on taking this to the press and making people aware of your practice …. I am very angry as this has now eaten into my electric budget for the month …… well done Morrisons …. Well doneDO T USE THERE ONLINE SHOPPING ….. IT A SCAM

Prices have risen for breakfasts and hard to justify using the cafe now. One point of importance, PLEASE refill the hand cleaner sanitizer x 5. All empty. It's flu season so VERY important.

Help I need to move to Grimsby, the store is far better than in North and East Yorkshire. Why in my area don't we have the full Market Street??, Morrisons.

Generally speaking, it's fine but recently, they seem to have major problems with their freezers. We bought frozen food yesterday which when opened, had obviously been defrosted and then refrozen. We picked out other frozen items which felt way above the temperature they should have been at. I overheard other customers saying the same.

Just arrived at the café to have a meal, most of the tables are dirty full of plates etc... asked for a full English and told its half hour to 45 minutes wait, absolutely disgusting of morrisons management, its not the 1st time I seen the café like that, needs sorting, it's lovely there and I've enjoyed the food before, not the workers fault, just bad management

We used to visit quite often and having breakfast or lunch used to be quite a treat.We saw the store had a refit so we decided to give it a bit of a try.After waiting an age for our meal to come we were served pie that was hard in the middle and my wife and I both left half. Half the menu was missing. Not a pleasant experience. Won't be back
