Boiling day, so nothing could be done about the hot room, fan in room, bottles of water on arrival, warm smiles, kind staff. Great power shower and comfy bed. Perfect.

Back to a old fav. Still as welcoming as every. Made to feel like part of the family by Teigan and Demi. Room was comfortable and had a good nights sleep, the bathroom was well appointed and the shower was great. Looking forward to going back. Like all PI there is a good pub next door when you get the breakfast.

Excellent stay from day 1 ! We stayed a couple of days in Grimsby, booked in at a great price. Staff are very polite & the rooms are nice with comfy beds and a very cosy feeling. The rooms were also very clean as was the whole hotel from top to bottom

It's fairly convenient if you need to go to Grimsby but well off the beaten track if you intended to walk into Grimsby itself, you will have to drive/taxi which was disappointing. It's a Premier Inn and if you've stayed at one before you have a good idea of what to expect. The stairwell smelled slightly musty which seems par for the course but the room was fresher. No air-conditioning so an electric fan had been placed in the room but this seemed to move air around more than actually cool the room down, slept badly both nights due to the heat. The menu for the adjoining Brewers Fayre states opening hours but not kitchen serving times so was unable to get food at 9.30 on Friday. Discovered that the sheet had black mould marks on it which wasn't pleasant , there was no-one on reception so I rang the buzzer. An employee finally appeared and practically snarled when I said I was checking out - "Put they card in the box", I further explained that's what I would normally do but wanted to bring the sheet issue to their attention. She said she would contact housekeeping about it but there was no apology or offer of compensation in any form. Should I need to go to Grimsby again I'll look for an alternative hotel.

Stay here a lot for work. rooms are comfortable great beds reception staff are really friendly and helpful especially Rachel B and Demi restaurant staff are great and friendly thanks Grimsby premier inn

I have always stayed at the Premier Inn grimsby for the last two years as my grandaughter is at the uni thier and my wife and I always have a great time staf are so welcoming and friendly nothing is too much trouble
One could smell the smoke from drugs on the 2nd floor, it was stronger in the morning. Receptionist said they can't do anything about it

We needed a last minute bed/breakfast type accommodation for 1 night close to Cadwell Park. Finding a suitable place on a Bank Holiday Weekend was proving problematic but so glad we took a chance on Grimsby Premier Inn. It was 20 miles from where we needed to be but this was more than made up for by the value for money and friendly staff we found there. Well done everyone !

Great hotel would highly recommend, some of the staff are ok but Beth goes above and beyond to make your stay as relaxing as possible, she is a credit to that team. Air-con in the rooms would be good but it is what it is.

The thermostat in the room was broken making it far too hot to sleep even with the fan on and the window open. Neither myself or my partner managed to get much sleep because of this. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were otherwise clean.

Discussed with Premier Inn 2 men sharing same bed in their Internet advertisement, won't be returning . I'm very surprised Premier Inn would promote their business as a place ? of men staying overnight sharing same bed.
