Waited 20 minutes to be served and the staff had served 4 customers before us.\\nThere were 4 members of staff behind the back line two not even doing anything.\\nThe bains were a complete mess and not topped up, I’d taken pictures of how messy they were.\\n\\nNever before have I been so disappointed with a Subway store.

I found the service here terrible and the quality of the food was very poor for the price. I had one person in front of me in the queue and found myself waiting over 20 minutes due to the poor organisation of the children who worked there. The place seemed to lack any sort of management and the six inch \\\"steak sandwich\\\" I ordered with a bottle of pepsi at the cost of nearly £7 was nothing more than flakes of cheap flavourless meat.

Of all the subways I've been to around the country none give as much value as this one, the staff are always polite and willing to go the extra mile to make your sandwich special.
