Had delivery. One of the items tangy cheese dorritos with salsa and mozzarella cheese. Hardly Anything there and soggy dorritos. Very disappointed..

Apparently had a restricted menu so we couldn't order what we wanted on the sandwhich which in my opinion defeats the point of subway. Forced to have things we didn't want and then the bread was black and burnt on sections. Awful

Just moved back to Grimsby and wasn't sure if the Subway did Gluten Free so called ahead and they were lovely. Popped in to get my sub and they cleaned everything down ensured all my sub was fully prepared before making the next sub which contained gluten. Best service I have had and made me feel valued despite my dietary requirements making life harder for them. 10/10 for service and quality. Staff here are amazing. Thank you!

Nice staff but very slow at serving . Once the food came to the counter was very nice . they need to up their scale of speed to keep customers happy.
Staff was not very polite and didn't seem interested in serving us. Asked for sweetcorn and he put a small amount on and didn't ask if it was okay. It also not the usual subway service

Very hit and miss!I go here 3-4 times a week for my breakfast and half the time the bread is stale and the sausages are chewy
