Most of my order was wasted due to being inedible the orange chicken was hard the prawn toast wasn't crispy it was soggy with oil the chicken and sweetcorn soup tasted like sesame oil and the chips where missing altogether and when I called to complain and ask for a refund was told I can't do that I don't no how to because you pay by card but I'll cook it better for you next time what an absolute waste of £32.90!!!

Really really disappointed. first time going here and found metal in the food from a metal tin can .all I got back is a refund joke! Definitely not kid friendly!!!

We wanted a Chinese that tasted Chinese, like that oriental taste that takes you back, sonwe decided to go to wybers Chinese worried about would it be a waste of money and no, not at all, from the efficient ordering to the good timed delivery and the food tasted great. Many thanks

Usually get my tae away here through just eat as they deliver.\\nLove the pancake rolls ..not the tiny ones. Love them cold next day\\nOnly down thing is the amount of prawn crackers bags full of them when I order for 4 people ..food is fine and it's usually still hot when delivered to a village

Good quality and quantity is very abysmal.Sweet and sour sauce was thin as water and tasted artificial.Delivery time was ok & driver polite,Would not ever recommend or order again.

Ordered online with a delivery time of 50 minutes. Over 2 hours later I rang to be told that delivery times had changed and all orders were out, even without asking for my address. Checked site and was saying 60 minutes delivery. Half an hour now after ringing and still no meal so I guess if it was out for delivery it's going to be cold when it arrives. This is the second time in a row that I've waited hours. Will never use again

Missing food item from order arrives after 2.5 hours late, cold & even needs a reminder call. Customer service poor at best. Food is mediocre. Better alternatives available locally.
Slow in preparing and even then food was warmish and far too salty. Place didn't look too clean either, we definitely won't be going back!

I am editing a 5 star post from a month ago to now a 1 star review based on customer service alone. I ordered via the food hub app and asked for chicken curry with no veg. My order arrived after over an hour wait, only for me to find there was veg in the curry. I contacted the takeaway and asked what they could advise and they refused any form of replacement or refund because "it hadn't shown on their side" despite the fact that I had proof from my app of what I had ordered. I am very disappointed in this service and basically was told I'd just have to bin my order if I didn't want to eat it. Just from this experience alone I will not be ordering from here again.

ordered the salt and pepper munchy box and it was extremely disappointing. The salt and pepper chips didn’t have any flavour, the little chicken pieces tasted weird and the chicken balls were chewy. Definitely not worth the price. Left me feeling sick. The box say ‘fresh, hot, tasty and delicious’ and it definitely wasn’t any of those thing. Won’t be ordering from here again

Was missing part of my order so I phoned them to ask for it to be sent out. it was 7pm to be told yes it's there mistake they just totally forget my missing food and they would send it out anytime between an hour and them closing because they are busy. I asked to speak to the manager and he said no customer. service was dreadful I was told I could have it free next time. I said it's not free I have already paid for it to witch I was told sorry we are to busy and had the phone put down on me

Disgusting stale day old prawn crackers. Two of the same dishes were completely different hoisin sauce for crispy duck had garlic in there I think it was oyster sauce. We spent 50 quid and threw the majority on the bin.
