The place is filthy, there was no soap in the lavatory and the hand air dryer wasn't working. The chairs were stained and dirty, the table we sat at was dirty (the place was virtually empty so it wasn't as if the staff were run off their feet), the paintwork is chipped and in desperate need of cleaning and repainting. The crockery even looked dirty. Whoever manages the place should be ashamed. One to be avoided.

Becca and Maddie always happy and welcoming. I'm in most mornings and they're always willing to make conversation. I do however feel that a new member of staff that's there needs more supportive training especially when it's busy. You can't train someone and keep the store running smoothly. More staff when the trainee is there I feel is needed. No need for the staff to be stressed.

Always good everytime we go in there, whether we order a cappuccino, latte or frappe.Staff are always friendly and helpful, as they always help us in with our pushchair as there's a few steps into the café as it's an old building.Foods always good and typically as expensive as you expect costa to be.Nice atmosphere and nicely furnished, always a busy café as it's in the heart of horncastle but you'll always find somewhere to sit as there is seating upstairs and the staff will happily bring your drinks upstairs for you.Vegetarian options: There are multiple options available with food and different milks for your coffees and other beverages.Parking: There are multiple places you can park in horncastle.Wheelchair accessibility: There is two big steps getting into the café as it's an old building. So it would be difficult for people in a wheelchair to go in.Dietary restrictions: There are multiple different options available.
