Food was decent enough and basically the same price as the other kebab in town but it took an hour and 20 to arrive by delivery. If you're collecting then I would recommend though.

Great food, only downside was the 25min wait for the kebabs but that was just because we arrived at a particularly busy time.Parking: Small car park opposite the shop but it has odd angled spaces to fill the area which aren't really big-van friendly.

Awful place, ordered chicken burger with salad x 2, and got it with just cabbage and a hair in it. Cost £12 as well, what a rip off.wl When I called up to discuss, the rude women on the end of the phone wouldn't even talk about the issue, offer a replacement or refund.In response to your reply, never have I witnessed your staff wearing hair nets, but when I ordered the food why didn't you advise there was no other salad apart from cabbage. Who wants a chicken burger with cabbage on it? A refund or replacment would have been accepted. Your reply us as rude as your staff, and no wonder why you have a poor Google and Facebook rating. If anybody reading this is wanting a chicken, cabbage and hair burger this place is the place to go to in Horncastle. Otherwise I would choose the many other places to eat with much better customer service
Ordered 2 large mixes kebabs over the phone for collection .Staff really polite on phone & when I was collecting .Kebabs were BIG all different meats, really really tasty . Perfectly cooked . Will order again

Second time we have used the new online ordering service and the second time our order was wrong. Only small things like no salad when we asked for it and sauce on kebab when we said no sauce , even though it is clearly there on the receipt.

Salad!!!? A few paltry pieces of lettuce and onion, in the largest kebab served? No tomato, red cabbage, chillis etc...Barely any chilli sauce? The worse kebab I have ever had. Local and no intention of ever supporting this place again...Just awful.
