Stopped here last night decent parking and the food was pretty good and atmosphere so far 5 stars..in the morning got up to have a shower they didn't work so had a wash and tried to leave and they didn't believe I'd paid so I had to go back and get the receipt from the truck by the time i got back I was 6th in the que all ordering breakfast so another 25 minutes I got to the front and ordered coffee and bacon and egg sandwich I'd almost finished my coffee after about another 15 minutes and looked at my watch I'd been trying to get out there almost an hour so left without the breakfastAnybody wanting to leave for about 6am I suggest you get up at 04.30 and don't bother with a shower because they don't work..if you like the idea of Karen's diner you will love this place it's insult after insult after insult not paid prove it back of the que wait stupidly long for a bacon sandwichI used to love stopping here but it's gone down hill massivelyHope somebody enjoyed the breakfast I paid for I had to pay for breakfast again down the road half the price and amazing customer service

Great truck stop just outside Immingham Docks. Lots of parking spaces for trucks and coaches. Diesel and Adblue on the pumps. Easy to use auto card payments at the pumps. Inside is always clean and tidy. Food is good. Toilets are clean and don't smell bad. I always call in here to fuel up.

Tried to get in at 0300 for diesel,waited 20 mins , couldn't find anyone,had to reverse out blind onto main road.Reported it but no action .So much for 24 HR security.

£3.25 for a shower with a 7 minute timer then to see the radiator was rusted and the floor was dirty, hairs in the shower toom 2 minutes out of my 7 for the water to get hot. I won't be going back here, the food is quite good though but the portion sizes are quite small

Absolutely awful, food quality is abysmal. Plus they are card payment only and will not take cash, so really discriminatory towards those that still use cash. I will never go back.
