I have been here a few times and although the drinks are AMAZING (recommend the dragon fruit tea with strawberry bubbles), the staff are generally quite ignorant. When i have been there before I was stood there waiting for ages until they even spoke to me, and recently they put in a new ordering system (all electronic) and i didn’t know how it worked, was stood waiting for half an hour with my friend, getting dirty looks from the staff, before they told me it was an electronic system. One of the ladies working there is super sweet and engages with the customers, but the others seem very set on earning their money and not so much on customer service.

Friendly service, nice atmosphere an interesting area to sit with boxes/steps as well as regular chairs. Drink are quite sweet, I ordered a brown sugar milk, with crumbs on top. Decent portion sizes for regular/large. Large variety on the menu and is fully customisable on a touch screen menu by the till.Dietary restrictions: Different milk substitutes such as oat available.

The taro mochi milk tea I got tasted disgusting, the mochi felt grainy as well as the hot matcha my boyfriend got. His matcha milk tea was really bitter and grainy, the straw melted at the bottom and they didn't add the brown sugar like he asked for. Definitely disappointed.

Place smells of feet something awful! Absolutely rammed don't think they can make drinks quick enough to keep up.

The taro is delicious, adding lotus crumbs on top was surprisingly good. Option to get hot milk tea is definitely worth it. Taro powder is used so you can not lessen the sweetness. Open late.

Cupp is always friendly and the quality of the drinks are always top notch! All the ingredients taste fresh unlike the artificial flavours I have had from other bubble tea outletsI fully recommend Cupp to everyone, if you haven’t ever tried bubble tea, this is the perfect place to have your first one!10/10

Visited the shop today for the first time to try the new winter/christmas flavours and WOW! The minty chocolate drink is out of this world. I also tried the chilli chocolate one and people should definitely not be scared off by the sound of chilli it was fantastic.
