Tables messy, they allow 1 idiot to use a 4 person booth when people with families looking for a space to sit. Time taking to prepare orders very slow as cooking staff just standing around chatting. Probably one of the worst Macdonald's we have been to. Puts people off as heard elderly couple behind me saying they had part wrong order 1 item misusing and didnt want to wait another 15 to 20 mins trying to get served.Wheelchair accessibility: If we could hardly get the pushchair in I can understand why wheelchair users avoid this place

its ok in this high street branch staff are ok if the customer ok with thwm plus they are willing to help but some times the service is slow even if its quiet in the high street one but that can be aired out by more staff on day and night

Had my head on table because I had a headache. A worker told me to lift my head so I did. I put my head back down again about 10 minutes later and the same worker came back to me and said "if u don't lift your head I will have to ask u to leave the building" so I told her I have a headache and she says "oh well that's not good maybe you should go home"

Very slow service and cold food when the number was called out I checked it wilst staff member had the bag in her hand to be given luke warm chips and cold burger was advised I would have to wait another 10 mins if they have to reorder mine again how interesting!! Thanks for your help. I now have a much better service and food at Burger King.
12 minute wait for a double cheeseburger and fries... and it was barely lute warm when it was eventually slapped down hard on the counter.So much for fast hot food!Very dark and drab interior in this MacDonalds too, it feels very cave-like and grim inside.And don't expect a friendly smile or welcoming attitude from the staff. All you will receive is a quick cold shoulder as they slap your food on the counter and immediately walk away without even offering a ''thank you or welcome'' or even bothering to wait to see if there is anything else you may need or require... like napkins or straws.WORST MACDONALDS I HAVE EVER USED!
