As a delivery driver I had a lot of awful experiences with the night shift lady everyone was complaining about. I visit the place quite often and I can confirm she's not there for a solid time now. There's a very friendly man with glasses on the night shifts and it's a pleasure to deal with him every time! Good move Shell, if that lady is gone, this guy is a completely different customer service experience and I am talking from the perspective of a person who visits your garage 5+ times per week.

Fuel is to be expected, slightly more expensive than other places. Never really had an issue with the staff.However, my biggest grievance is with the car wash. It's an absolute waste of time there being one there. I have been to the petrol station over half a dozen times now in the past several months for the express purpose of using the automated car wash and each and every time it's been out of order. Before this it was closed for an "Upgrade" for what seemed like 6 months, but a fat lot of good that did.I would honestly not recommended even bothering going here, may as well go down to the co-op on carholme road as petrol is just as expensive, if not cheaper, and can get a full wash there as the guys are always working.
