Came today for a too good to go bag (it was cancelled) but two workers (cam and Casey) were so nice about it and understanding.Just a big thank you and appreciation review really.Been to this store a few times and every time I come they are all so nice and understanding.I’ve had an incident where someone had accidentally taken my drink, (not Starbucks fault) and they remade it with no questions asked.I’ve never had a bad experience.100% recommend a visit to this store.

I come in, they have my drink ready and I get to focus on just doing work. I don’t think I’ve ever really spoken to any of the people but they’re all great. I can do like 4 hours of work unbothered, it’s amazing. I do this every week never speaking a full sentence. They just kinda know me, I’m ride or die for them. Please remember to tip your barista.

Terrible service and so dirty !! Stroppy staff and super slow service 8 mins for a coffee … if only the staff paid attention I’d have had a refund instead of wasting my time with mediocre drink

I can not fault these guys at all. The staff are so lovely and I have never had an issue with them. Great customer service. And I have never had an issue with my drinks or food. 100% happy customer.
Arrived one hour before closing and was disturbed by member of staff vacuuming the restaurant around table . Very rude.

Drinks of usual high standard, staff friendly and helpful, but the place seemed infested with small flies. Put the door blower on and it could cure this. Also give the soft furnishings a dose of upholstery cleaner.

A visit here yesterday and everything was lovely. Ordered a Mocha and Hot Chocolate. Staff we're very attentive despite it been busy in here. And Bluelight card is accepted further reducing to price by 10%.Would highly recommend a visit ?
