Lovely traditional pub. Great atmosphere. Well kept selection of beers. Pool table. Great and fast service.Parking: Big car park right outside the pubWheelchair accessibility: There is a step into the main bar but I spotted a ramped entrance as well. I used a walker and could get about easily. Very well equiped and clean accessible toilet.

Nice friendly pub with real log fire. Really great food and large portions. Had an amazing burger here today, it was huge, with fries and salad for a cheap price.

We are new to Navenby. Took a walk to the Lion and Royal. What a find. Roaring log fire on the go. Some pub games to play, cards, connect 4, domino's etc. Great range of beers. Good guiness but also a very cheeky plum porter. Really lovely staff. Landlord popped over to say hello. Ordered some grub. Trad pub fare. Scampi and chips, lasagne and garlic bread. Good portions, welll cooked, decent price. All in all a great village pub. Will be back. Thank you for being nice on our first visit.

Really nice local old fashioned pub very welcoming, a little disappointed last time as 5or6 people very loud and swearing really bad, was quite embarrassed for my wife who is not used to this sort of behavior.?
