Welcome was friendly and warm, food was excellent and reasonably priced. Visited at a quiet time so no chance of any atmosphere, would I go again

We popped in for lunch, the menu had a fantastic selection, and i went for the pulled pork burger with barbecued sauce. It was an excellent meal, as was my wife's beef baguette will be back soon. We'll worth a visit?

1st time in here and it certainly didn't disappoint. 3 Sunday lunches and a veggie one, absolutely lovely food. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Will definitely return

Disgusting behaviour today at our Christmas dinner - ordered 5 meals and my Nan was poorly so we rang in advance to say she wouldn’t be able to make it but if the staff could save her meal so we could drop it off to her. Turns out, they didn’t even save her one so we asked for a refund and wasn’t even offered one or offered some sort of reimbursement! My nan is diabetic and has many health problems and now has to go without her Christmas dinner.

If I could leave no stars then I definitely would. This is possibly the worst pub I’ve ever been in for food and atmosphere. It is Christmas Eve for god sake, they were oozing with personality, the welcoming was like walking into Karen’s diner! I think she might have even been on spice. (food was absolutely disgusting) My mother-in-law had to get her money back. It was unedible! And my son who eats anything was sick when he got home. Please believe me when I say avoid this place.

Me and my husband visited the pub for special menu lunch. Food was really tasty, just like homemade, good choice of desserts, and all that for £18 for two. I honestly don't know how they can do it. Lady at the bar was really pleasant and helpful, good choice of ciders and beers. We shall dine there more often, when we go to the market. We really had a good time.
