“Food good, cooked fresh, friendly staff, looks a bit run down, parking a bit difficult as double yellow lines outside.”

“Service was a bit slow, but they had just opened.
Server put the signs out but didn't wash his hands afterwards.”

“First trip to Mablethorpe in 30 + years. After checking reviews we decided on Montys for our fish and chip dinner. It was cooked to order and delicious. Definitely the best fish and chips we've had for a very long time and we're extremely fussy about our fish.”

“Great takeaway fish and chips at the seaside. Cooked fresh, not greasy and cold like you get in some places. Nicest I have in years!”

“Delicious pepperoni and cheese pizza, quality ingredients. The drawback is that the large looks like a medium with only 6 instead of 8 slices fit for only one person so not the best value for money!!”

“Always great food. Pop in occasionally when we are out working and patrolling the local area, we have now decided dolphin is our go to place! Love the food, always fresh and hot. Highly recommend.”

“No shortage of places to grab a burger or hotdog in town, but the Burger Bar is one of the best. Not only do they sell the usual variety of burgers, hotdogs & chips, but they also do the classic seaside donuts (or with Nutella) & whippy ice creams. If you're feeling thirsty, you can grab a pop, an ice cold slush, or tea & coffee. The Burger bar forms part of the Family Amusements arcade frontage, and as well as providing takeaway food, it has a small dedicated seating area within the arcade. It's not a proper restaurant, like the one within The Mirage, more like a little indoor cafe, with patio set type seating. Nonetheless, a useful addition. The kiosk and cooking area is quite small, so has limited staff, always 2 whenever I've visited, so when it's busy (as it usually is) you'll need a bit of patience, but it'll be worth it! After all, it's because of their staff and food that this place is busy, compared to the one opposite on the corner. The burgers are your regular sauce & onions type, or with cheese, but very tasty, and just seem better quality. The staff here are very pleasant & friendly, but also good at their job. I was served by Laura & Colin on my last visit and they really do make a great team. The prices here are very good, a few examples: Tea is only 50p, chips are £1.80 (generous portion too!), and a 1/4 lb burger is £2.20. I've added pictures of their menu & prices (correct as of August 2019).Special Hi and thanks to Laura, who kindly gave permission for me to take the pictures.”
